Spend your Orlando holidays in a comfortable fully furnished 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house at Windsor at West Side Resort.

Community: Windsor at Westside Resort, Kissimmee, Orlando. Located near plenty of restaurants and shopping centers.
Located just a 20-minute drive from Orlando's top theme parks: Walt Disney Resort, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Magic Kingdom and SeaWorld. Travel time may vary due to traffic.
Location: Prague Way, Kissimmee, FL, 34747, US
Parking capacity: Per resort regulations, this home accommodates up to 3 registered vehicles. Vehicles beyond the limit will be denied entry and must find off-site parking.

Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

· Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions)

· Access to shared community amenities like lazy river, splash playground, arcade room, multiple sports courts and more.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge
1 dishwasher soap
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

House rules and guidelines for your comfort:

POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, oversized vehicles, or cars with loud modifications. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

Great Stay Beautiful Home

We had a slight issue getting checked in to the property. However, once we were able to get in it was amazing. Very nice home. Extremely clean. I do mean clean. Even the coffee pot. 10 stars ⭐️ My family had a great time and really enjoyed our vacation. We will stay again.
