Celebration of Family!

We were amazed and grateful for Villatel during every step of planning and gathering for our family get together. All advance communication and the check-in was seamless and efficient! The home was spectacular. We had 18 of us - adults to a two year old and we had loads of room, numerous things to do and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! We loved the pool and game room. The little ones spent hours in the playroom. We had a little issue with the spa but someone came right over and everything was fixed quickly and with a smile. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our large family! We hope to return!

50th birthday family getaway

check in was suppose to be at 4pm, after driving 12 hours with 3 carloads of adults/kids/babies we got a phone call at 2pm saying they weren't going to have the house ready until 7pm!!! they told us to "hang at the common area/pool area" but that was full and they were towing cars because of no parking spots! we sat in our cars for another few hours outside the house then finally got inside to unpack. it was a beautiful home with lots of space! the next day when we had time to explore and play we reported the bowling alley and air hockey were not working. someone came and said they were not fixable and needed extensive repair so that was disappointing because the kids were very excited for bowling. we did enjoy the pool and the littles loved the very cute garage play town. we all loved the pool!

Fabulous Family Getaway

This property was amazing. Gorgeous furnishings. Fantastic amenities with so much to do or relax and do nothing at all. The house was spotless when we arrived and management was available for any questions. Highly recommend this property.

It is such a lovely place to spend time with your loved ones. My kids loved this place. They used to play all day long in the arcade room. The pool was of adequate size. It has a beautiful outdoor view which makes you feel close to nature. I would love to book this house again.

Peaceful Villa

One of my colleagues invited my family for a week-long stay. My kids loved this place. They got super excited by seeing the space-themed bedroom with a slide. Moreover, the free access to the pool made them so happy. My wife and I used to spend our time in the theater. I would love to visit this place again.

My Family Loved it!

Wow! This house is exactly what was needed for our family outing. We had indescribable entertainment in the game room, and theater room. My three kids spent nearly all day playing and watching in their room, which had natural light and all the equipment they needed.

Heaven on Earth!

This resort is like heaven on earth. I don't have words to pour my feelings out. It is the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life. The outside area of the resort was breathtaking. The palm trees, water slide, waterfall, and the ambiance of this place blew my mind. The inside area was very luxurious and well organized. My kids got excited to see the ocean-themed room and arcade room. My family had a great weekend there.

Epic Stay

The house was amazing. I loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The only negatives was the bowling lane didn’t work the whole time we stayed and a elevator would’ve been nice. My mom can’t do stairs so she had to stay downstairs couldn’t do movie night with us. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful but Broken Games

Although the house is beautiful the house was booked for the kid amenities, and unfortunately they were broken most of our trip. Make sure they come in and check the games prior to your arrival. The pictures don't even compare to how big, beautiful and spacious the house is.

I stayed with my family here in 2022. Immediately we arrived, we realized the house was way more than we anticipated. The staff was happy to assist at any time in case of any concerns. I would recommend this house to families looking for nice, quiet, and kid-friendly vacation homes in Orlando. Our family really enjoyed staying on this property. It had plenty of space for the kids and ourselves. The large pool was perfect for the kids because it was gated. We have tried to look for another house for our vacation and we couldn’t find a better one.

Great House, Bad Traffic

Everything about our stay was excellent. From the house to the communication with the Host. The overall location is good, but they need to fix their gate policy/structure for coming into the housing complex. Multiple times we waited 20 to 30 min just to get through the gate due to traffic at the entrance. Since there is only a single turn lane into the complex you have to wait for people to check in before you can just turn to drive through the gate. Security at the gate didn't seem to care that their was a line of 50 cars waiting to turn. I wouldn't stay here again until they fixed this issue. After along day at Disney and freeway traffic a 20/30 min wait to get to your house was awful for the kids.
