So close to Disney!! It is one of those places you have to come again. Very impressive themed rooms and full of amenities! We came for a nearby conference but will come again and bring my entire family over for our vacation. Already booked another stay!!

Check in delayed as they had no record of us. Property manager took a day or two to reply. Lazy river/water park was a 10 minute walk away. Heating the pool was extra & spa never really got warm. House was nice but no sun ever reached the back yard.

House was very clean and loved that they provided small soaps and shampoos in all the bathrooms as well as a few laundry pods and dishwasher pods. Lots of towels and lots of room for my family. Resort pool was also amazing. The only down side was the front gate, traffic gets backed up pulling into the community and it can be very dangerous.

This house was fantastic. It provided a great alternative for our family of nine to stay off Disney property while visiting Disney World. The pool was a good size and very clean. The outdoor area was delightful, with a nice cover so you can enjoy sitting outside even when it rains. The living room areas were comfortable and spacious, each with a large TV, as did the bedrooms. The game room was a huge hit with the kids! Everything was clean, and there were plenty of supplies provided (laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc.). I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

We have stayed at many homes and this was by far the most well equipped one of all. They provide everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable. You can tell the owners put a lot of work into preparing the home and it shows. There’s even a grill which was not on the original listing. We all enjoyed the air conditioned garage playroom especially the air hockey and pool table. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

This home was spacious, perfect for our extended family of 10! The private pool area was perfect for the kiddos with seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the sun! The Home is equipped with a high chair, stroller board games, and the game room was a hit with the kids! The amenities were outstanding, free mini golf and an arcade, and the pool is beautiful, with a lazy river and zero entry area for the little ones. I will definitely be booking here again! Perfect location and perfect home for a getaway, had everything we needed!

The house was amazing, except for the fact that it was DIRTY. Not the entire house, but each room had one disgusting thing. Toilets had pee on them, Breda had stains on sheets! Like bodily fluid stains. Yuck! The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Towels had stains that washed right off so that means they just didn’t wash them and let us come there with our kids in a dirty home! I am extremely disgusted. I felt uncomfortable letting my family get too cozy cuz it was just gross.

Situated just a stone's throw away from Disney World, this place truly felt like a magical oasis. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the immaculate and well-maintained exterior of the home, giving us a taste of the luxury that awaited us inside. The location was unbeatable; we were just minutes away from the enchanting gates of Disney World, making it incredibly convenient for our daily adventures. One of the standout features of this property was the private spa. The home itself was spacious and comfortable, with five beautifully decorated bedrooms that provided ample space for our entire family. Each bedroom was thoughtfully designed and provided a peaceful retreat after long days at the theme parks. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories at this enchanting home. The vacation home was a fantastic experience. It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Its spacious layout made it perfect for accommodating a large family of 10. The location was ideal, being close to Disney. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy the condo amenities due to unusual cold weather for Florida, but they still looked great. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this house for a memorable stay.

This past year, I've taken my family to Orlando multiple times, and each time, we've stayed at this homeowner's properties. There are plenty of options in the area, but this place stands out as our favorite. My whole family absolutely loves it! One of the highlights for us is the themed bedrooms. Whether it's Harry Potter, Encanto, or Star Wars, each room offers a unique and magical experience that our kid adores. My son is especially fond of the arcade upstairs, and we've spent countless hours enjoying air hockey in the garage. The outdoor amenities are fantastic, too. The pool and hot tub in the backyard provide a perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making meal preparation a breeze. What truly sets this vacation home apart is the meticulous attention to detail. Everything is always impeccably clean and beautifully arranged, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's clear that the homeowner takes great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. Our most recent trip included a visit to Disney, which was less than a 30-minute drive away. The home was spotlessly clean & ready for us. All amenities were relatively new and no issues. A few suggestions to add - more pillows & cutlery, hooks for bath towels, a gate or something to use at the top of the staircase, small plastic cups for the little ones. We all had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. It was relaxing to return home after busy days at the park.
