Luxury 4 bedroom lakeside villa, with private south facing pool, capturing maximum sunshine, with a shaded outdoor dining area. Pool overlooks a lake and conservation area.
Personally furnished to a high standard, comprising widescreen cable tv, CD/Radio system, full air conditioned.
Two Queen sized bedrooms, two twin rooms, including Disney character themed bedroom.

Good location
Firstly, everything we needed was there and worked fine. Yes the property is getting a little old, but that goes for many Florida Villas. Plenty wildlife to see around the lake, we even had a deer appear out of the woods one day. We didn't encounter any problems during our stay.

Nice home but needed some repairs
The house was great a great location and the kids loved the pool. The beds were not great though. The mattresses were not comfortable and my wife and i would wake up sore. Also the fans could not all be turned on due to the blades being out of balance. If you plan on cooking at the house there are few dishes to cook with and only 2 detergents for the dish washer that has to be used.

Location was excellent. House was big with nice pool. The kitchen was big and was one of the best equipped kitchens I've ever rented. 1 TV only in living room. (Bedrooms no TV).Rooms in front of the house get a little warm at nighttime but owner had a fan in the garage .hat we could use to make room little cooler. Big dining place. Excellent communication with owner. Will rent this property again.

We had a great stay house was clean and had everything we needed enjoyed having the pool. We stayed 11 days and it had everything we needed for the long stay will definitely stay again
