Our family had such a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect location for our Disney trip. The house was great, such a perfect home away from home…there was plenty of room for our family of six, plus baby, and the decor was so calming. The yard pool was a great highlight, as were the resort pools just down the street. Communication with Andy was excellent from the get go. No need to contact the property manager, but all the contact info was available to us just in case. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

Christmas in Florida

We came from Germany to spend a sunny Christmas in Florida.We are 6 adults and needed a large house and this was perfect! Great beds, lovingly decorated, clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation home

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean had everything we needed and the couple helped us with our TV issues and garbage disposal very quickly. I would recommend and would stay at this property again.

Awesome home

Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family and I. Plenty of room, spacious kitchen, great amenities. Clubhouse area was an added bonus. Granddaughters loved swimming in the pool. Great location as we weren't too far from anything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this location. Willl definitely visit again.

Family Fun

This was the perfect place for our family on our vacation! The rooms were great sizes with multiple bathrooms that made getting ready a breeze for all! The facilities at the resort were well tended to with activities planned for all ages. You won’t regret booking here.

Beautiful with private pool

Really enjoyed our stay at this rental. Loved having a private pool and the entire place was very clean. I also loved having the safety gate for the pool with having our toddler there. Would highly recco this place for people with small kids. The only thing I didn’t love was that the pool borders a busy and at times noisy intersection of the gated community, which is not possible to see from rental pictures. Overall was very quiet inside so it wouldn’t deter me from renting again. A few reccos to the owner- would recommend having bath mats in the bathrooms. We used towels which was fine but is slippery without something there.

Family Trip to Disney

This house had plenty of space for our family of 8. We took advantage of the house pool and club house facilities, including the exercise room, pool, hot tub, and lazy river, very nice. Distance to Disney World and Universal was very reasonable. Resort staff and hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have family time during the evenings. We had a very enjoyable stay, great memories.

Don’t hesitate to book this house!!

This house is beautiful, clean and very spacious. It’s even bigger than it looks in the pictures, there’s a lot of room to spread out. The beds were all comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Great outdoor area for taking a swim and having dinner by the pool.

Wonderful apartment

Absolutely wonderful apartment. Big, fine, well equipped and even nicer then the pictures. Worked perfect for our family of five adults, but there were stuff for children there as well and will probably also suit families with kids. Quick and responsive costumer service. For instance the remote control for the TV in the living was missing, but was replaced immediately.

Stop looking this house is the one!

Myself and my family total of 8 of us enjoyed our stay! The house and decor was exactly as described it was clean, bright and welcoming. The pool area at the house as well as the resort was top tier. The beds were comfortable and cozy we all slept like babies. The neighborhood and neighbors were friendly we felt safe they even have 24 armed guards.. A total plus! The owners answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. All I can say is the search is over, stop looking Andy & Sandy’s house is the ONE!!! Simply beautiful… We will be back!!

Multi-Family Vacation in Florida

Our families absolutely loved our stay at this property. Before the trip ended we were already discussing wanting to rent this home again. The house was spacious for our two families (9 in total), offered an abundance of amenities, and a welcoming environment. The home was exactly as described, and the host was wonderful to work with (a great communicator and very responsive). We enjoyed the open layout, private pool, and close proximity to the theme parks. The home offered everything we wanted and needed so we were able to relax and enjoy our trip. The community pool, water slide and lazy river were a hit with our kids too. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We made wonderful memories, and hope to be back!
