The room was so welcoming and clean, the location is very convenient to food, shopping and really anything you need. I booked for a festival and it was the perfect distance from the venue, waffle house right across the street and a nice pool to use before we left. :)) will be coming back!

The stay was decent for a short visit of a couple of days. However, the check-in experience could be improved. When I arrived, there were staff members chatting and no one immediately available to assist. One employee eventually acknowledged me and informed a colleague that two guests were waiting. She helped another guest first, then stepped away without addressing me. After a few minutes, she returned and asked if I needed assistance, at which point I explained that I had been waiting to check in. I didn’t mind waiting, but the interaction felt a bit disorganized and not quite in line with what I’d expect from good hospitality. This seemed consistent with my general experience of service in the area. Overall, the property itself is nice, but it could benefit from more thorough cleaning to maintain that fresh, new-hotel feel.

The hotel has been renovated very nicely! It is a pleasant place for a two-night stay. Our only issue was that our balcony faced the pool—and, of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself—but people were talking very early in the morning (and one night, quite late), and the noise carried right up to us! When I booked the nights, the listing stated that breakfast was "included," but that is NOT the case. They charge nearly $13 per person, and honestly, it isn't very good. Right across the street is the House of Waffles, and the breakfast there is delicious! Would I return to this place? Yes—absolutely.

Me encantó la ubicación, la limpieza excelente. En lo personal, me gusta que no me toquen la puerta todos los días para hacer la limpieza, para mi es privacidad y ellos lo respetan. This was a beautiful very clean room the only problem I had was the breakfast was terrible and they charge you for it it was disgusting the potatoes taste like rubber and like they have been sitting there all day there was nowhere to wash your clothes they said it was broke down I'm guessing they only have one room for that they have no way to carry your luggage to your room if you lose your key when you go out of your room you're screwed you cannot get back in without your key and there was no elevators
