Last Minute Vacay

We had an amazing time at our VRBO! The house was just like the pictures depicted - large, clean, and fun! We had a couple of issues with the AC and pool heat, but the management team provided a prompt response to ensure the issues were resolved in a timely fashion! Having the community pool within a short walking distance was a huge plus as well!

Best rental we’ve had

From booking through checking out, this rental was flawless! Communication was amazing and incredibly responsive. The house itself was perfectly clean and beautiful. The pool was a great temp and hot tub heated very quickly when turned on (this is so rare for a rental!!). My whole group with 2 kids was incredibly happy and would absolutely book this house with this company again when we come next time. The 2 on premise water parks were small but so helpful for days off of the parks. The little tiki bar was a great respite for adults as kids played. And the travel time to the Disney parks was only around 20-25 mins. I don’t know why anyone would stay at the resorts with this option available!!

Large home

This house is really big - which was great for hosting family. The pool table is a fun addition. If you have a large group, there is plenty of space for everyone. Just be prepared that it is bare bones- beautifully decorated, lots of space but nothing is provided other than a small bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. They do say this upfront, but for the price, it would be nice if they could at least provide some basic amenities. When you arrive, you need to be prepared to go buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, dish soap, shampoo, etc - especially if you have a group.

We enjoyed the pool and spa and the clubhouse offered additional swimming. We have stayed at many Florida spirit vacation homes and always have a great time. They are very prompt to address any issues that arise. I also like how easy it is to reserve a home online.

Family of 10 Vaca

The property was as advertised—plenty of space and clean. There wasn't a grill, which was unfortunate because we wanted to grill. We also didn't see pool details, so we had to add 20. per day for the jacuzzi heat and the heated pool. Check for holes in the screen by the pool as we didn't notice them, and there was a snake in our pool area. We were able to capture it and put it outside. They came and patched the screen quickly as soon as we requested it. There are two areas that you can go to for the pools. One is at another property with the lazy river and another splash pad. Overall great experience. Tons of space for all 10 of us.

Very good communication with rental company pre stay, helpful regarding purchase of baby equipment from Walmart. House was very clean on arrival, very comfortable beds, we all slept well. Very minimal supply of cleaning products etc. Reasonably equipped in terms of crockery/ cooking appliances etc. parking available for the three cars that we had. Only downside was that the street was noisy at the weekend with party of people in the garage next door well after curfew time. No details in the house of who to contact at the gatehouse regarding this. Overall, we would recommend!
