Great 2 story home located in the heart of Kissimmee area close to Disney, Universal, 24hrs dining restaurants, shopping centers, attractions themes, and much more. Great place for a family vacation, business travelers, group of friends etc. Each room has its own Smart tv, mini fridge.Pets are welcome. Quiet safe small gated community. Early check-in and late check out request available for additional fee of $100.

1. PLEASE NOTE:
Additional unregistered guests/visitors are not permitted on the premises day or night unless approved in advance for liability reasons. All guests/visitors must be included in the reservation.
Violation of house rules and occupancy requirements may result in a cancelation of this reservation/ agreement. Guests may be asked to vacate
the property with no refund
2. AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: Guests agree that Air
conditioning shall not be set below 72
degrees and heat shall not be set above
78 and that the fan setting shall be "Auto"
Doors and windows shall be closed when
either heat or air conditioning is in
operation. If the thermostat is set below
72 may cause the unit to condensate or
shut down. Guests will be responsible for
such repairs caused by extreme
temperature settings.
3. SMOKING inside the property is strictly prohibited.
4. No parties allowed.
Unauthorized parties or unauthorized guests at the property will result in fines and additional charges up to entire damage deposit
5. Please keep in mind late unauthorized check out may result in $200 fine
