such a fantastic week at this hotel! the entire area seems to be newer, and the hotel itself was fabulous & so clean! across from the hotel, honestly in walking distance, is a plaza with shops & dining areas, so it was certainly really helpful to have those choices nearby! the hotel is about 15 minutes away from disney, and 30 from universal, which was awesome! breakfast & staff were amazing, i have nothing negative to report!

Can't say enough good things! Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The plaza across the street had everything we needed. Restaurants, groceries, coffee, ice cream etc. The pool was fantastic, our kids were obsessed with the water slide! We ate 7 days of Mickey waffles at the breakfast buffet because they were that good! Our family was sad to leave and we'll definitely be back - honestly nothing negative about this hotel at all.

Parking for $10 per night, why? Room gets cleaned every other day, but is very minimal. Diner options are also minimal. But overall stay was pleasant.

Great place to stay only steps away from Disney Property. The staff were very kind and helpful! The included breakfast had a variety of options and it all tasted good. The pool was nice. Parking is $10 a day which is pretty standard for hotels in the area. I didn’t utilize the shuttle to Disney Parks, but it was nice that it was an option. In summary, great hotel at an affordable rate, and I would definitely stay here again.

Cuarto amplio fue ideal para una familia de 4 adultos y un niño. La cocina del cuarto muy bien equipada. El lugar es tranquilo, limpio y accesible a tiendas, restaurantes y a los parques de Disney. Pillows and blankets horrible!! We had to use 3 pillows each and the extra blanket in the room to be somewhat warm and comfortable. The sliding bathroom doors barely shut, they have to go. The water pressure/shower head needs to be updated. No one can wash their hair in that. Lastly the pool had a ton of bugs and leaves inside it and was a little cold. Otherwise great food, staff and property!
