Backing onto the golf course with great views across the fairway, our welcoming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is located on the Esprit Community in Davenport.
Not so far from highway 192 and I4 and situated just off of Highway 27 our home is within a short distance of many shops and restaurants and our villa is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy your vacation coupled with the knowledge that you are within easy reach of the heart of central Floridas attractions and all the local theme parks, especially as Disneys is under 9 miles from your doorstep.
The community itself has a communal pool, tennis and basketball courts and is built around the golf course of Polo Park East.
A lot of love and care has gone into this villa and recent and regular upgrades to our home including new sofas and large comfortable beds.
This home has a fantastic and large pool deck to relax and catch the best of the sunshine states weather, with a deep lanai to keep shaded it is a perfect outside area to enjoy with all the family
Walt Disney World is less than 10 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
