Located in the established Windsor Palms resort, very close to Walt Disney World (4.6 miles to Animal Kingdom) offering spacious accommodation with a huge extended East facing, no rear neighbors, fully screened in pool deck with pool and in ground spa. A child safety fence is there if you need it. A shaded lanai with table and chairs for 4 people. Two more outdoor table and chair sets.

Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Lounge has two leather sofas and a chair, a 50 inch flat screen, a ceiling fan and sliding glass doors to pool deck. Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded kitchen cupboards, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Regular coffee maker and single cup Keurig coffee maker provided. Kitchen dining table seats four plus three bar stools. Formal dining area seats six people. Half bath that leads to pool area. Ground floor master bedroom has a king bed, sliding glass doors to pool area, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv, en suite bathroom with walk in shower with glass door, large soaking tub, separate toilet room, his and hers sinks, large walk in closet with a full size baby crib.
Downstairs queen bedroom has a flat screen tv, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub. Upstairs is the second master bedroom with a king size bed, a ceiling fan and a flat screen tv. Another queen bedroom with a ceiling fan and a flat screen tv. The fifth bedroom is a twin bedroom with TV. The third bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub.

The games room/garage has a table tennis and foosball table with two ceiling fans.

A full size washing machine and dryer in the home. An ironing board, iron, vacuum, hairdryers, child's stroller, pack n play portable crib and highchair is also available.

4 night minimum stay, preferably 5 night stay during the holidays. During the holidays, if your selected dates fit into a gap, but because of the minimum number of nights required it will not let you book, please contact us as we are more than willing to help in confirming your dates.

Please note to our future guests that this home is classed as "self-providing." We do not leave any food or products that could attract pests, for the cleanliness for our guests. We provide the basic package of a toilet roll in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, trash bags and two dishwasher tablets. We only provide this basic package to help you start with your vacation needs.

Windsor Palms resort is a gated community which is manned 24/7. As for the community rules, there is a strict 4 car maximum policy for registered guests for each home, which includes daily visitors. All clubhouse amenities are included in your stay.
