Quiet neighborhood

The owner was extremely prompt in responding to any questions/issues we had before and throughout our stay and the property manager was also prompt, courteous and went above and beyond.

Very comfortable stay

The home is comfortable and had everything we needed for a vacation. The property manager was super quick to respond when we had a question. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults appreciated the two coffee makers. The home is very close to the Disney parks and we were just amazed at the ease of the drive to local attractions. The house could use some updating, but overall we had a nice stay.

Perfect size and amenities

We loved the house! It had the perfect number of rooms and bathrooms needed for 8 of us. The pool and game room were also a big hit with the four 18 year old girls we were traveling with. The property was conveniently located near Disney and we were able to go to the stores, 5 minutes away, if we needed anything. No problems having Instacart deliver to the house through the security gate or having Uber drop people off. We did, however, keep setting off the alarm to the pool. Timing is quick to close the doors. Beds were comfortable, utensils and dishes were plenty. Maybe I would recommend more towels because if we had the max number of people there would not have been an room for extra. The only negative was at the community pool house. They advertise to order food but I would not recommend. They are not equipped for big orders. We placed an order one night and had to cancel after an hour and half of still not receiving. Just an fyi. No reflection on the house rental.
