Great location and super clean!

Property was conveniently located to all the Disney and Universal parks, the airport, the Convention Center and Icon Park. The place was super clean which for me is a must!! Enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

Close to Everything

Great central location for the price. With the 2 showers and couch/futon....3 of us enjoyed our time there. Theres also a nice lake view out back.

Great two person getaway

The title says it all. You are close to just about everything. The place is clean and has all the amenities you need like a decent coffee maker and hot water kettle. Communication with owner / manager was quick and efficient. Highly recommend if you have two people. Beds were comfortable and we slept great!

Perfect!

Property was perfect for the week we stayed in Orlando. Primarily there for an event at the Conference Center but it was really close and easy to Universal. Spent some time there on the trip. Very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication was great also.

Beautiful Space

This space was central to all of our business convention meetings, as well as outings. The downstairs shower was a bit small. The kitchen needs more functional pans, pot holders to take food out of microwave and oven, as well as the back right burner on the stove did not work. But overall the space was clean, very enjoyable, and easy to navigate to and from.

Condo complex

The complex is old and not well maintained. You can tell it was an incredible property at one time, but it is now in great disrepair— it needs a lot of maintenance and repair.

We couldn't get in!!! we had to find someplace else to stay and, of course, paid for it. Called your office for help. No help at all. All your employee said was, "I cannot help you." over and over and over. It took us four hours to find a place to stay. What you offered wasn't even a hotel. It was an apartment building with no means of access and no office or anyone to help us. Never again.

Excellent Location, perfect for our needs!

In town for a swim meet with my son for a week. Myrtle was great with communication, we got into town early and my son had a practice that afternoon. Myrtle was able to get us into his place earlier than the normal check in time so that we could get settled are him changed and ready for practice. The Location was perfect for our needs, quick to get to pool which is in a very tourist heavy area, but quiet for us to not have to deal with the touristy area for meals and entertainment. We had some down time one day and were able to quickly get to Disney Springs on back roads which means you can quickly get to any Disney Location pretty quick and Universal is just as quick the other direction. This Place was clean and quiet and if he qualifies for the same meet again next year I wouldn't hesitate to book this again if available. Thank you for everything!

delightfully decorated, super-clean townhouse

really enjoyed this townhouse located on a lake property... it was obviously decorate with an eye to detail...very charming decor.. super clean with very comfy beds ... it's a nice lake walk at sunset.... living room has a small small patio for a bit of outdoor relaxing...very friendly and attentive host....the only reason i give 4 stars for the location is for street noise from turkeylake road...i am a light sleeper and perhaps heavier sleepers will not have an issue with a few cars... double paned- windows would solve the problem....it's a very nice place to stay , though, and i'd consider staying there again....

Very clean property. Perfect Location

This property is in the perfect area. 15 minutes or less to Disney, SeaWorld, Convention Center. The townhouse was very clean. Very comfortable and good size for 2 adults and a couple of small children.
