I am sure that it might surprise how I am evaluating this hotel. Use the self parking. It’s free and safe only 10 steps from the lobby.
Super clean. Don’t stay in any rooms facing the pool unless you like loud music. It was refreshing not to see any Disney or amusement park adds.
Now like with any excellent hotel your stay should be an experience. This is not! The technology can’t replace high class services. Room service was just average and slow. If you stay in hotels of this caliber you should at least get the food you ordered. Very impersonal and disconnected staff. Feels like a lot of those Vegas hotels that are only cool when opened but after a few years they start to look tired and outdated. Toilets are high tech but merely to distract you from what it lacks of service as a hotel. Besides the artsy lobby, large rooms and a cool toilet, there’s nothing special about this hotel. Not the pool, not the room service, not the staff, not even the $39 valet parking. It’s nice to stay in a hotel like this if you’re an adult, staying in Orlando, want to pay money, don’t care about service and want to be treated as a retail buyer at a mall. To the staff and managers of this hotel I want to reassure you that first impression are everything. Anything else is a make it up to me class for the customer. Hotel customers don’t want a free brunch when room service is poor or just wrong. It makes them feel cheap.
I didn’t learn the first time I stayed that’s why I posted
