Great Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Host and property manager were very responsive. House was clean, spacious and exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home. We would definitely look into booking this property again!

Beautiful Home

Our stay was wonderful. Since it was just 2 of us, the house was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had a great time at the property. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Family Vacation

The villa was a perfect spot for a family trip. The pool in the backyard was awesome for the kids to enjoy. The house was nice and cool. We enjoyed calling this place home for a few days and look forward to coming back soon!

Golf trip

We had a great time at the home and had everything we needed for all our needs. We had one slight problem with the dishwasher door that did not lock in place when we pulled the door down so that the door would flip up causing the dishes to displace inside.

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful experience at the property. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It has all the amenities you need for great stay. Our favorite, was the pool. The residential area is beautiful, very safe and family oriented. From the moment we booked the vacation through the time we left, our host Vera was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this location and will definitely use again for future vacations when visiting Orlando.

I will say was fantastic. I was impressed by the way the house was laid out. They made it very comfortable for my daughter. Who needs a wheelchair. Everything was just as it was described. This was a very clean and comfortable house

Great Stay

I recommend staying at this property. WD40 the pantry door and have pool light fixed soon. Cleaning crew does a great job. The decor was nice although some of it was a little dated. Best part was the water pressure and that it got as hot as we needed it to be. Check out was a breeze and if we needed anything the host responded quickly. We didn't have to do much at all when we checked in or out.We would definitely book this property again. Thanks for the stay! John & Shawnte Allen Georgia

Amazing property

We stayed at Vera's house for a few days before a cruise. The pool was beautiful and adding heat for the pool made it even better. We spent the majority of the time outside. The owner's suite bathroom was gorgeous and the water pressure in the bathrooms was strong, which we all loved. We appreciated how all of the light switches and remotes are labeled. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful, clean home with plenty of room and fun for the whole family

The house was very well maintained and very clean. We did have to skim the pool, but it appeared to probably be due to recent rain knocking debris thru the screen cover since we had to do it again after a thunderstorm. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. The pool table in the garage was nice on our off days between Disney visits. We did have to clean the gas grill since the last guests did not after cooking something extremely greasy. All in all, it was a wonderful place for our week stay.

Great villa

The villa itself is great, very clean, nice quiet well looked after neighbourhood. The only thing inside that needs redoing is the pool table, sawdust coming out of the banks such as they are, not much left, fine for non pool players. Anyone looking for current tv shows or up-to-the-minute sport are out of luck, Roku and Pluto don't carry, even the news channels are not normal. We missed Superbowl and hockey games. If you don't care about sports or live tv it is a wonderful rental home.

Perfect villa for our needs

What a great stay! Lovely apartment, with all the amenities we needed as a family. Everything has been thought about. The pool and games room were a highlight for our 7 year old. Everything you needed to self cater was provided, although we elected to eat out most nights. The measure of a holiday property is that you don’t need to think about anything … and we really didn’t! Absolute home from home. The only issue we had was attended to with real efficiency. Particularly want to mention how easy it was to communicate with Vera and Petr the owners. They were so, so helpful. The area was perfect for us - near Champion’s Gate, with shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. We were travelling in to Disney each day, rather than Universal, so staying south of Disney worked absolutely fine. Overall, Thoroughly recommended!

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

Very pleased from the minute we walked in the door. Everything was clean and very nice looking. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed for the week in the way of towels, bedding, cookware supplies, etc. (We had brought most of our own things, not realizing how well stocked the house would be.) The pool was wonderful. You walk right out the livingroom door to the screened in pool/patio. We ate outside at the table several evenings. The pool gets all day sun, which is really nice. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy to get to the main roads for restaurants, grocery store, and to go to the Parks. Vera, the home owner, and the property manager contacted us the day after we got there to be sure everything was as we had expected. That was nice so we could ask any questions that we had about the house. We would definitely recommend this home.

Pleasant Orlando

My recent vacation in Orlando was a delightful escape filled with memorable moments, although not without its minor setbacks. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the wonderful pool, offering a refreshing respite from the Florida heat. While the furniture in the accommodation was a bit dated, it didn't dampen my spirits as I was in good company and high spirits throughout my stay.One minor inconvenience was the occasional traffic jams, which extended the commute to the nearby parks to around 30-50 minutes. However, once there, the magic of the parks more than made up for any inconvenience experienced on the road.A particularly positive aspect of my experience was the friendly and accommodating demeanor of Vera, the owner. Her warmth and helpfulness enhanced the overall enjoyment of my vacation.In summary, despite a few minor hiccups, my time in Orlando was nothing short of wonderful. The combination of a pleasant pool, nearby shopping, and the enchanting parks made for an unforgettable vacation experience.

Loved this dated property

Firstly I’d like to say how good Joel (maintenance) was in responding to both issues we had. Both related to the pool area and more an inconvenience than anything else. This villa is clean but it is old and should have money spent to bring it to a standard where you could confidently and fairly award 5 stars. However, it has everything you need, is ideally located for Disney, although not Universal, the pool is good and the surrounding area safe and well kept. There are issues with things like carpets, which without doubt need changing. They may be clean but who really knows with carpet, they appear ancient. The same can be said of the pool and table tennis tables. I don’t think items in these conditions should be advertised as a benefit to renting here. You’ll likely pay a fair bit more for other villas in this area, but they are likely to give you the ‘wow’ factor too. If you want to save the pennies for other parts of you holiday, give this a try.

An absolute gem!

We - 2 adults + 2 teenagers - booked this lovely villa for a 3 week stay in August 2024. We immediately recieved all the relevant information from the owner, Vera. The communication was great prior and during our stay. The villa itself was immaculately clean (which is really important to us) and had everything we needed. It was so refreshing to find a fully equipped kitchen in self-catering accommodation. The beds were very comfortable and everything suited us perfectly. I've seen some other guest comments saying the property is perhaps older than others. It may be in some ways, but that does not affect it's comfort or functionality at all, don't let that put you off or you could miss out. Our teenage children made the most of the pool, it's a good size and regularly maintained by a friendly pool man! It also has the sun all day which kept the water a perfect temperature. The villa location was also great - out of the way of the hustle and bustle of central Orlando on a very quiet estate. We saw bald eagles fly over and also had a visiting racoon one evening! On average it took us about 25 mins to get to every Disney park and 40 mins to Seaworld & Universal. We used Google Maps to plan our journeys as it found the best routes to avoid traffic and postitively, there are many route options from the villa's location to the parks. The I4 can be a car park, so it was great to be able to avoid it at busy times! We highly recommend this villa and would there stay again.
