I had the worst check in experience at this location. You would think if check in was at 4pm there would be more than one person behind desk to assist people. The line was long with several complaints. It wasn't ladies fault trying to check us in but even she was overwhelmed. The resort sent me a text to pre register, stated my room was ready, and to check in at the kiosk. I had the confirmation number, the QR code and it wouldn't check me in.
Overall the rooms are outdated but the kitchen and the way the tub was set up in the suite we're nice.
