Beautiful Location but has issues that needs to be addressed

The vacation home was in a beautiful location and had a cozy, welcoming vibe overall. The living spaces were comfortable, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. It had so much potential to be a perfect getaway spot!However, I did experience a serious issue with the kitchen — unfortunately, it was infested with roaches during my stay, which made it difficult to use and affected the overall experience. I did contact the property during our stay about this issue and we're informed they were going to send an exterminator. However we could never tell that one came because we continued to see roaches throughout our entire stay. When I followed up to make sure someone came, I never heard back from the homeowner. This was discouraging and they really need to work on their communication. We also had issues related to the cleanliness of the property. I hope this is something that can be addressed promptly, as the rest of the home was lovely.
