Pool heater and BBQ rental are unlocked for prepaid guests only, they are not available after checking in.
Daily Pool Heating is $40/day, and BBQ is 50/stay (No propane tank included, you can get from 7/11 or bringing your own), please send your request for pool heat before your arrival.
For safety reason, BBQ can only be used on the side of the house, not allowed in garage or in the pool cage.

Early check-in/late check-out (depending on availability) is $20/hour
