"The entire house was nice but what I didn’t like is that it didn’t say anything about a shared bathroom only says shared kitchen. The only thing private you have is the room. The parking is not reserved as they say, it’s a first come first serve basis and on the weekends when it’s busy your guaranteed to have no choice but to wait til midnight when they start to tow cars that didn’t have permits. We actually had a long trip and came back at 9:30pm but had to sit outside and wait til midnight. When I called them about parking all I pretty much got was the run around and finally for him to pretty much say oh well figure it out on your own. Can’t say it’s guaranteed parking if it’s really not. I didn’t like that communication was not up to par, after checking in and driving to the house, I got an email that they changed our room which I was ok with but what I wasn’t ok with was the amount of time it took for them to send me the right code to the room. I got about 4 different codes that did not work and was told to call support. The people we shared the space with were loud and dirty. They left garbage all over the floor and they pissed all over the toilet and floors, also left dirty sanitary napkins on top of the toilet until I brought it to their attention. We barely were in the house but I would’ve liked to have had a heads up that nothing is private besides the room. If it would’ve had a private bathroom I wouldn’t have mind staying there but it was a bit uncomfortable"

"This place is amazing! Looks just like the pictures. Super clean, spacious and great for families. Everyone in our family was able to ya e room to rest and relax after fun days at Disney. Staying here was much better than staying at a hotel room. We had one day where the internet was acting up, but owners were very responsive and helpful with handling it quickly. We would stay here again!"
