Parking
• Up to 5 vehicles may park at the home.
• No parking on grass or sidewalks.
• One-side street parking only (follow posted signs).
• No street parking on Kaipo Rd. (Violators may be towed without warning between 8 PM – 7 AM).
Guest Registration
• Before arrival, please provide full names of all guests 18+ for gate access.
• Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

1. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
2. No parties or events.
3. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM; please respect neighbors.
