Modern Home

This house is as advertised. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. The open floor plan downstairs creates a modern and pleasant space for everyone to hang out together.

Staff Retreat

This house and plenty of space and especially bathrooms for the 7 employees, their spouses and a few children. Very clean home and beautiful neighborhood close to all attractions and restaurants. The kitchen does need a few more pieces of cookware. There were no baking sheets and not a lot of cooking utensils or a blender. It was nice to have a private pool since we did not read the description carefully enough to discover we were not allowed any access to the water park in the backyard and visible in advertising photos of the property. During the day, the park created a lot of noise. Our biggest disappointed was with the internet service which we understand is not the fault of the homeowner. This was a work week for us during the day and even though we called a few times, we did not have internet service 5 out of the 7 days. Not only did it seriously hinder our work progress, it also eliminated any streaming from Netflix, etc for kids and movies for adults.

Everything listed was not available to us. Several showers never had hot water. No accountability for the area neighbors very loud and use of drugs that we could smell from our property.
