DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOUSE. Falsely Advertised. Worse part is, Magic Box is doing nothing about it. Save yourself a headache. My family and I have been coming to HHN for the past 10 years. This has been the worse experience we’ve had so far.- ALL Walls dirty-Toilet seats broken- Appliaces falling apart- Furniture with mold on it-Carper have not been clean or changed for at least 10 years.-Kitchen utensils all broken/old/disgusting - SMOKE ALARMS BROKEN/DISCONNECTED

We had a time

The house is beautiful. Everything was nice. We only had one issue there was stains on the sheets and pillow cases in one of the rooms but I always wash that type of stuff when I stay at places like this. Other than that my family enjoyed themselves.

House was not clean, you have to pay for everything. To use the grill to heat the pool. Pool furniture was broken, pool was dirty. Barely any dishes in the kitchen. Garbage disposal, broken.

Pretty Decent Stay !

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our trip. Great in-home amenities. Home came with everything! There were pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils! The clubhouse was closed so we weren’t able to use the spa or community pool but the house comes with a pool. Towels for the pool and dry towels were also provided and came 2 packs for each room. So very well accommodated. Now the downside of things, first, we were set to arrive before check in so I notified one of the representatives a few days in advance to see if they could accommodate. He was nice enough to notify me that if I called 3 or more days in advance they’d charge 60% of the daily rate even if you’d like to check in 2-3 hours early. Crazy! So, he told me to call the day of and see if there was any availability to avoid the outrageous fee. I call the day of and was told that they had early check in available but would still have to pay 116. Also, they charge to heat the pool and to use the grill. DISCLAIMER! You will have to pay to refill the propane tank after you pay to use the grill! We paid 25 to use the grill and 27 to refill the tank! Another thing, only 2 vehicles will fit in the driveway and extras will have to park down the street by the pond. You also have to check in with the front gate every time you come in the subdivision regardless if you have the pass or not.
