Great location to everything we wanted to do, Disney properties and ESPN Sports Center. Excellent communications with Chris in planning our stay. Having a warm pool and hot tub was great especially due to the frigid temps. Definitely would stay again when in the area!

Chris was a perfect VERY quick to respond host friendly and professional. The home is in a perfect position it’s on the end of a row of houses with no neighbours one side and mature well kept hedges at the rear providing privacy to the house on the other side and rear the pool area was lovely and clean. The house is tastefully decorated cosy and comfortable very clean and well stocked. We had a fantastic stay and we’re now looking for dates to rebook for next year. We can’t recommend this lovely home enough.

Very nice house, was disappointed with barbecue, very costly for such a small grill, but understand that was from a third party, bed and mattress in master very comfortable, mattresses in children’s rooms not that good.love the resort very quiet and easy to get to parks and golf clubs.

Family Trip

The property is awesome, as described. The host is super responsive and accomodating. It is so close to all the parks, Disney Springs and supermarkets and Walmart. The location made it a perfect trip. The pool was great and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Princesses Assemble house! The house was clean and was spacious for our family of 6. Our host, Chris, was very responsive and ensured that we were happy with our stay. We enjoyed access to our own pool as well as the waterslides and pool offered by the Resort. We would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Family Friendly House

This house is a great place for families. The space, games, pool, and neighborhood made this a great trip for us. While our kids aren't little anymore, the house had everything you would need for small kids. The host was very responsive and helped with any concerns we had. We would go back to this property again.

Great place in a convenient location!

This was the perfect spot for a family get together. We had 5 adults and 5 kids (9 and under). The resort was amazing with all the activities they offer in addition to the pool. The house was located close enough to the resort pool that we could easily walk there. We had a great time!

Princess a royal treat

An excellent property that's perfectly set up for a vacation for family and friends. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. With all 5 bedrooms having an en suite bath, it ensured privacy as well.

We came and stayed for 7 days. My sister and her family of 4, my family of 4, and mom and step dad. We had an amazing time. We enjoyed the house we had plenty of room and the kids loved the pool to night swim after a long day! The beds slept so good and the kids loved the themed bedrooms upstairs!!

Great place and perfect location

The house in general is nice and spacious, it was clean and very close to the parksThe only downside for us was that we had to buy everything from TP, dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc etc. the kitchen is not very well supplied if you would like to cook in there. Other than that we had a good time!

Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing, Unresponsive Host, and Major Issues

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The pool and spa—our top priority—were not functioning properly the entire week. Despite early messages, no inspection or resolution ever occurred. The technician didn’t even check the equipment. Several promised amenities were missing, including the air hockey table. The patio seated only 4, not as shown. Screens and gutters were filthy with pollen. Vegetation was growing through loose bricks, and a foul spa odor lingered daily. The pool alarm was so loud and sensitive it disrupted any chance at relaxing. I submitted 70 photos and tried to work directly with the host, but he was dismissive, unresponsive, and refused to resolve anything. VRBO support said it’s at the host’s discretion. For the price paid, the listing’s condition and the lack of accountability are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property or this host.

Nice House

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The house was mostly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The kids especially loved the Mickey-themed game room — it kept them entertained for hours! The location was a huge plus — super convenient to both Disney and Universal, which made getting around really easy. Overall, it was a nice spot to relax after long days at the parks.

Amazing experience

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We didn't do too much outside of the resort because the warm pool and hot tub, plus the community pool and courts gave us plenty of places to go. We enjoyed walking in the community as well and there were some cute little parks. Families with littles should check out the castle park!The home was huge, clean, and had everything we wanted. We can't complain about a thing. Thanks Chris for everything you did for us, and providing a wonderful vacation home!

Florida Sun

This was a last minute trip to Florida for sun and warmth after a long winter. The house was clean and super fun with the themed rooms and hidden Mickeys. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool and walking the neighborhood. Our host was very responsive the couple of times we reached out. While we were not there for Orlando’s attractions, the proximity to all the city has to offer was perfect.

Communication was absolutely phenomenal with this house and its management. If they didn’t answer when I called, they called back within five minutes. House was extremely clean and pool and spa was phenomenal. Highly recommend this property.

Great location with lots of comforts

Our family had a great trip and the kids loved all the amenities the home and resort had to offer. We were close to the attractions as well as any errands or supplies that were needed. The owner was extremely attentive and friendly and provided great tips. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

This is a very nice home for an Orlando vacation. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so it’s easy for a group of 10 guests to get ready quickly in the morning before heading out to the theme parks. The house has been updated. Nice pool with a privacy hedge surrounding it. Chris is a very responsive owner. We would love to stay here again in the future. Than you
