Moonlit Magic

The house is spacious and clean. The host were very gracious and welcoming, and responded quickly to any questions that I had. It was well worth the 12 Hour Drive and I will say I look forward to staying there again if they will have me. Yeah my family have no complaints. And the beds were super comfortable.

Exceeded Expectations

Property came as advertised. Everything was in working order upon arrival and the resort amenities were perfect for our young family. Minor communication issue with pool heating but management was quick to resolve.

Nice house

We totally enjoyed the house. It was very clean and nice. It could just use a few more pans in the kitchen that are in good shape. We enjoyed the waterpark and all the amenities that went along with it.

Family vacation

We had a great time. House was great. Missing a few essentials in the kitchen but we managed. Kids loved the game room (one driving game didn’t work).

Great rental hands down!

Ok this was so fun! Had everything we needed for one year old, fun bedrooms for older kids, 3 master bedrooms, bonus room for preteens, perfect living room with huge couch. But the best thing was the gated pool area on porch! Plenty of kitchen essentials! Easy access to all parks! Lots of restaurants to chose from in area! Game room a 10!

The worst house ever

It's the worst house I've ever stayed in in the last 12 years I've never left a bad review before but this time I came back to help other families not go through what I went through the house was all dirty I found cockroaches on the floor the pool was disgusting I booked the house for eight days and had to leave after the third day because I couldn't stay with my family any longer, the dishwasher was all rusty inside, we couldn't wash anything inside it, the dishes were all scratched and rusty, the ededron of the master bedroom is full of stains, I tried to communicate with the property manager but he did not respond to my messages. I hope you have more respect for those who pay to stay in your home and take better care of it

House had all kinds of issues and damages. Found food almost in every room of the home. Patio door handle was busted, causing my four-year-old to cut her hand. Front door with key code was very temperamental and normally took about five minutes to get to work. Water damage on ceiling. Master shower pan cracked and covered with duct, tape and flexseal spray. James in the game room didn’t work, TV in one of the masters didn’t work, bugs, not anywhere near as nice as depicted online.

Hot tub was not working for one night The shower floor had been duct taped and painted, it would sag when you stood on it. Extreme algae in the pool and hot tub A hose was in the pool Garbage was not picked up everyday Very sharp edges on the hot tub overflow Kept raising the prices at the community pool a bucket of beer went from 26.00 to 28.00 to 35.00; so we quit going. Paid 60.00 to check in at 1pm, per agreement and had to sit in the car until 2pm until we could go in the house

Not at all like the reviews

When we arrived the door knob to the front door was broken. We immediately called to have it fixed, someone came but it was not fixed. It would latch shut and you were unable to open it! We ended up having to put a piece of tape over it and only use the deadbolt to keep the door closed. Two of the beds had linens that were visibly dirty. It looked as if someone slept in the beds then just made them. They did bring us clean linens. There were several other small things that were broken and leaking like the ceiling in the garage, the sofa. Nothing major. A plus the beds were very comfortable.

Great Property

The house was great, nice and clean when we arrived. There were individual shower towels on each bed and a pile of pool towels. A small conditioner, shampoo and bar of soap in each bathroom. We paid for bbq use, but there were no bbq utensils and we had to message for the code to unlock it but we always received quick responses. The kitchen knives need upgrading and replacement, there are only two that will actually cut anything. The dishwasher needs the bottom rack replaced as a third of the bars are broken and there is a porch light out but non of these really affected our stay. It seemed we were communicating with a couple of different people, we were told the pool heat (which we requested) was included in the booking fee, but then were billed for pool heat in the billing breakdown. The pool and hot tub were great and we loved the access to the club house. Over all it was a great stay.

Great House in Championsgate with all the amenities!

We were here for our college son's baseball tournament in Davenport, and this was our 3rd year to be here for this tourney. We LOVE the Championsgate resort and especially love the Oasis club and pool and restaurants, which you have access towith their rentals.They seem to be the most low-key when it comes to parking rules, getting into the complex etc, and there is just a lot to offer in this community. We loved this particular property as well. It was clean, comfortable beds, big enough for 2 families with 2 master bedrooms, 2 living areas, lots of private space as well as bigger spaces to hang out! It was pretty well-stocked, amazing pool and hot tub that was always hot when we wanted to use it (We have had issues with other rentals before and the hot tub not getting hot) Great outdoor patio space. We loved the arcade too...so much fun!! My only complaint (this is for all rentals really) is that I wish they would provide at least 2 sets of everything in the "starter pack" I hate to have to go buy dishwashing soap, laundry soap, and paper towels bc they basically give you enough for one round, but we really only needed one more of each thing. I just think that if guests are staying more than 4 days you should give 2 starter packs to get them thru. Also, just a really nice gesture so people don't have to buy all of that for one dishwash or one load of laundry. (especially when you ask them to start a load of towels or run the dishwasher when they leave) Overall great stay!!

Overall a great place to stay!

If your looking for a nice place to call your own and not have to share with then this is the place to be. It’s perfect for children and the kids had a blast. They loved everything about the house to where they never wanted to leave. The arcade and pool were enough to keep them busy while the parents chilled. They didn’t want to watch tv or be on any devices the whole time we stayed. The house had very nice furnishings and our stay was very comfortable. The only downside was there were a few minor fixes that were obviously known about. The shower was still cracked on the floor and needs repair asap. While still usable, I would highly recommend it be repaired soon. Only costing owner more money the longer it is put off. Also one of the driving arcade was broken. These things were not mentioned b4 the stay, but it wouldn’t have deterred us anyhow. Also I hate paying cleaning fees when the house isn’t properly cleaned. A simple pre inspection would have fixed all our complaints on cleanliness. There was dirty thongs in the dresser my 3 year old was playing with, a stale sock in one of the kids room( you can use your imagination) and there were fries in the couch upstairs that led to a few roaches hanging out upstairs. The house could of used a few more touches like hand towels in kitchen to dry your hands don’t be skimpy on tp, and a few more towels would of been nice. Take a trip to the dollar tree and spend the money and get that fifth star. Overall the place was magical.

The other bad reviews aren’t lying

We gave them the benefit of the doubt but should have believed the negative reviews. We had issues with our AC the entire stay. It doesn’t cool the upstairs below 76/78 during the day. It’s cool for about two hours at night. The property manager blamed us for “opening and closing doors.” However, when we weren’t there all day we came home to a toasty 78 upstairs. I live in Florida and our upstairs never gets that hot. ESPECIALLY with the AC set on 70 all day. (You’re not allowed to lower it past 70, if it freezes, they’ll fine you.) We asked for fans to help and they said “we’ll check” around 7am and then I followed up at 8pm, still looking into it.. okay. The next day they said we had ceiling fans. Well, the ceiling fans on their highest setting are more like a low setting. Then I paid for the grill, the propane was out. At this point they ignored me for the next three days. The fridge was leaking all over the floor. I called three times before checkout just to try and ask if I was going to be refunded for having to get my own propane (they told me no one was available, and to provide a receipt) finally got an answer that I would be refunded. Still haven’t seen a charge. I wouldn’t stay with a huge company like that again; they don’t care about people. They care about their bottom line. I definitely will be looking for an actual local person to rent from in the future. Things that were still broken, mentioned in previous reviews: racing game, couch, dishwasher rusty.
