Family loved this place

Clean and lots of room and amenities. This is set up perfectly for large groups and our family really enjoyed it. Two refrigerators, double ovens, 2 dishwashers, and enough plates/cups/glasses/utensils that you can go a few days without needing to run the dishwashers. Plenty of seating inside and out for large groups.

The house was beautiful great space accommodated everyone in our group without any issues . The pool was a little smaller than we thought but still worked great for our group . Only minor request would have been more kid friendly utensils / drinkware . Would definitely recommend and stay again !!

Great property with great service

We had an amazing stay. We came here for a family reunion and had a blast. The house is beautiful with plenty to do and the rooms were all excellent. The property was cleaned well however, you could tell there is starting to be some wear and tear. It could use a fresh coat of paint. However, these were minor issues that did not take away from our overall satisfaction with this property. All 21 of us truly enjoyed our stay.

Property was as advertised with more than enough space for a large group. We were a group of 7 co-workers from across the country using the home for business planning and development. The home had plenty of bathrooms and personal space to accommodate our meetings, breakout sessions and business reviews. Great entertainment playing games or using the movie room.

Business weekend

We were in Orlando for an Expo at Orange County Convention Center with work colleagues, The house is well equipped with all you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Toiletries and paper products were appreciated. We enjoyed the heated spa, pool table and games in the game room. Also managed to fall asleep to a movie in the theater room. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Although we did not use them, the themed bunk rooms were great. We would chose this home again for another trip.

Springbreak trip

The house was great! Bedrooms were awesome, all the games were super fun, message chairs were wonderful and we loved the pool and hot tub! The only bad parts were several of the seats in the theater room didn’t work and, although we reported this our first day, they were never fixed. There’s was also a bunch of food in the couches and theater seats which was pretty gross. Overall we loved it and the property contact was awesome to work with and got back to us quickly!

Comfy weekend for a large family

The house was perfect for a large gathering of our family. We were 20 (13 adults and 7 children under 10) and were all very comfortable. Everyone said the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. We did not pay for the pool to be heated but it was warm anyway since it is in the sun all day long. It is a short walk to the clubhouse where there is a coffee shop, restaurant and small arcade and gym. Only bummer was that the kids wanted to use the waterpark but the rental does not provide access and there is no way to pay for entry otherwise. We tried.

Soccer Tournament at ESPN

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. It was an amazing house. It is beautifully furnished and has very comfortable furniture and beds. It has the 2 massage chairs that everyone loved to sit in. The pool was heated and was very nice. The view outback was beautiful with nice sunsets. You could also see fireworks each night in the distance. The boys loved the theater room to watch movies and sports. They were never bored with all the amenities available. We give it a 10 out 10. We would return again. Half the soccer team stayed at another house in neighborhood under same property managers just a 3-4 min walk away. Our group loved having them close by to visit with. Matt property manager was excellent.

We are a family from Ohio that came for Disney, basically the pictures of the property don’t do it justice at all. Everyone room was clean and well prepared for our stay! The kids enjoyed the theme bedrooms while the adults enjoyed the pool and game room! We will back next year ! The place is amazing book for your next stay.
