Great Stay

Our host was very responsive to our questions prior to our stay and the property was clean and as advertised. The view of the pond in back was a bonus that we didn’t expect. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for a Family Reunion

The rental exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and spacious for our family reunion. The themed rooms were cute while the adult rooms had everything an adult would want. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day at the parks. Everyone loved the game room. The best part was the large, open kitchen/family room/entertainment area. The whole family could interact regardless of what each person was doing. We also loved the room layouts. Perfect for multiple families with children due to bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms.

Friend and family group trip to Disney

14 of us (7 adults and 7 kids) stayed at Alan’s property for 8 nights and had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as advertised. Alan was prompt at replying to my questions prior to travel and during our stay. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was fantastic after long days in the park. We opted to include pool heat and a barbecue rental. Pool heat was required to heat the hot tub and well worth every dollar.We had plenty of space, the property was clean and comfortable. I loved the amenities at the solara resort; they had crafts and activities for the kids. Our plane left at 6 PM so we decided to stay and use the pool at the resort after checkout; I appreciated having that as an option. Check in and check out processes were seamless. One note to future guests, a welcome package of essentials was provided, which was very thoughtful. Once we ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags and dish dishwashing tablets, we were responsible for purchasing more. We bought groceries upon arrival and included toilet paper, but didn’t think to purchase garbage bags or dishwashing tablets. The starter pack lasted us until day seven for the latter items. It would have been great to have small packages available for purchase instead of having to buy larger quantities at the grocery store; this was not a deal breaker and we would definitely stay at Alan’s property again. On our next visit I might just include a few of these items in my luggage.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay. The host was easy to communicate with and the small minor problems we did encounter were immediately addressed. The place was exactly as pictured and comfortable for our group. We will be back.

Great House and Host

Large newer well kept house. Close to attractions. Every part of the trip was seemless and enjoyed by all. Alan was a great host. Highly recommended.

Fabulous house

The house was great. The main room is huge with plenty of room for a big group and a large, spacious kitchen. The place was exactly as described. The owner, Alan is extremely accessible and willing to take care of any issues that arose (we only had one with outlets which was fixed immediately) In general, was a pleasure to work with him. He made everything easy - even providing soap, shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms. The Frozen room was absolutely a dream for little girls and the decorated rooms were all done well. This home is in phase 2/3 so there was a little bit of a walk (15 minutes) but very short drive to the clubhouse.

The house was great for a large party. We had a few issues that were addressed immediately. Alan was very attentive even though we got there super late when we got there. The house is about 20mins from all parks. Lots of restaurants and stores about 5 miles away. The pool/Hot Tub was perfect after a long day in the parks for resting. The kids loved the themed rooms. They were just as the pictures. Everyone had plenary of space to not be up on top of each other. Perfect for a LARGE group.
