Newly renovated

Property was amazing. Newly renovated and nicely furnished. Nice size rooms and space throughoutthe home. Plenty of parking for our guests in front of the home. Property owner tended to our every need/concern. He was very friendly and honest. Would definitely use this Property again in the future if they would have me!

Highly disappointing experience

Cable issues: The cable did not work for the first 2 days which was frustrating. Hygine Concerns: a roach was found inside a bath towel- a horrifying discovery ( sent pictures to the owner)Health problems: by the 3rd day we were all sick, likely due to hygiene issues. This completely ruined our trip. Poor linen quality: towels provided were torn, and the bed sheets on my bed had black pen marks on them, had to wash the entire 6 rooms bedsheets because we also found human hair on them. This lack of attention to basic amenities was unacceptable.FALSE ADVERTISING!! The house was advertised as having a game room, but it was completely unusable, the garage was cluttered with area huge rugs,old furniture, lamps and cans of paint and other junk, making it inaccessible.Entrance gate issues: We had trouble getting through daily, which was incredibly inconvenient & frustrating. Lack of basic supplies: The house wasn’t stocked with common essentials, we contact owner and he sent housekeeper with 3 toilet paper and 2 trash bags which she placed them on the side of the pool and we were not told ( regardless we went to Publix to purchase an entire supply ) Hot water issues:With 10 people staying at the house, the hot water ran out after just 5 showers! Our state at this property was a complete disappointment and although we were told by the Owner if we gave a 5 star review he would refund 128.00 , i feel compelled to share our HONEST experience so others aren’t misled.
