The Space:

Have tons of splashy fun in your heated pool/hot-tub or in the community splash pool. Want to show off your skills on the tennis court or head out for a friendly game of beach volleyball? That is here too! This is a quiet neighborhood that is away from the hustle and bustle of the mainline Short Term Rental areas of Orlando. So if you want to Netflix and chill... this is it.



Back inside, the living room boasts dewy white interiors with contemporary décor. Check out the EPIC chandelier! Whew! A comfy L-shaped couch surrounds the smart TV and multiple large glass sliders open onto the sprawling outdoor deck.  Can u say open and bright? We sure can!



A guest favorite feature here in an epic bubbling hot tub and a private pool with views of the lush neighborhood. The al-fresco seating is perfect to watch the sun go down while the BBQ is ideal for a relaxing time outdoors.



Whip up your favorite meals in the roomy kitchen. Equipped with wooden cabinetry, and new stainless-steel appliances including a drip coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and refrigerator. 



The 6-seater indoor table overlooks the pool. There’s an additional dining area for 6, where you can enjoy intimate gatherings.



Kids and adults will have a grand time in the game room located in the garage featuring air hockey, basketball and foosball. Or chill out in the “pool hall” while you watch your favorite show on a smart TV.



Palm Spring Oasis sleeps 16 guests in 7 bedrooms:

- Bedroom #1 comes with a king-size bed, a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and access to the pool deck. Smart TV equipped.

- Bedroom #2 and #bedroom 3 feature queen-size beds and smart TV’s.

- Bedroom #4 is AVENGERS!!! Here you are equipped with twin beds, spiderman, and his buddies, and a smart TV.

- “The Way” is #Bedroom #5 where The Mandalorian’s Liar sleeps a Twin/Full Bunk under a First Order Star Wars battle. Smart TV is here.

- Away to bedroom #6 Where a twin/full bunk sleeps you under amid Moana’s finish net and a tropical vibe. Also equipped with Cable and a smart TV.

- Bedroom #7 is fitted with a king-size bed, a smart TV and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer/dryer are provided for guest use.

- Parking is available for 2 cars in driveway. NO overnight street parking is allowed. Overnight is available in the shopping plaza just outside the neighborhood.

- A pack and play as well as a crib and high chair are also available for guest use.

- If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional $35 pet fee per night will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

- Hot tub heat is included at no additional cost.

- A private grill can be rented for $95for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

-Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.



We advise this during Oct-May adding pool heat if you want to use the pool and have it set at 89 degrees. Please note it takes 24 hours for the pool to heat properly and that in colder days the pool may not achieve 89 degrees as heat pumps only get 15 degrees above ambient temperature. However the spa is always on and set for 100degrees. In times of significant cold give the hot tub at least 30-45 mins to get hot.



The Palm Spring Oasis is the perfect hideout for relaxation and leisurely exploration. Less than 30 mins from the airport, it could not be better located. An assortment of restaurants, stores and boutiques surround the property, with the closest grocery store only 5 mins away.



A trip to the almost-famous Disneyworld seems like it is a no-brainer. Swim with playful dolphins, snorkel with colorful fish, and watch sea lions perform at SeaWorld. Kids will have an unforgettable time at Universal theme parks.
