Poorly maintained the walls were dirty there was food under the furniture the heat didn't work properly and when zi addressed it although staff said they would send someone out they did not. Furniture is very cheap

Host interaction was adequate. The pool was green when we got there. Then they treated it and we couldn’t use it for the day and it was the only warm day we were there. We paid to have the pool heated and could not use it the first day because they filled it with the hose and it was frigid and then the second day because of the chemicals. The sliding doors were very difficult to open and close and the master bedroom’s sliding doors did not close all of the way or open at all. Most of the mattresses were worn and uncomfortable. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes so we had to hand wash. The pool table in the garage was not level. The toilet in the master ran constantly and all of the sinks drained very slow. It was a large space for our group and affordably priced but it felt like overall upkeep was lacking with everything from the paint to the furniture being worn and a little grimy from use.

Third year in a row we stayed here, love the house.the house could use some upkeep, faucets all leak a bit, shower heads need replacing, and most of the drains were slow draining. Sliding glass door needs attention. Otherwise we had a great stay! Hopefully we can come back next year!
