The home is 2136 sqft all on one level. The pool area faces south so you have great sun exposure in winter. The pool and a good sized yard are surrounded by a 6 foot fence for privacy.

Use of the pool and hot tub are at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur. Supervise children at all times.
No glass in the pool area; drain and fill the pool due to broken glass or contamination is at guest's expense. Do not tamper with pool equipment.
Pool heat is optional and costs $35/day. Please let us know a day before your checkin if you would like pool heat so we can turn it on.
