Felt like home
Great house close to everything, and a super quiet neighborhood. The pool is fantastic. We loved being able to get away from the noise and have a quiet place to retreat to. So much better than a resort. The pool was wonderful to use after hot days and hours walking! Would definitely return. Thank you!

Wonderful House
The location was perfect for us, we spent a lot of time in the pool and watched the gator in the lake, had an owl sit on our screen room. Kathryne is so easy to communicate with and we just love her!

Great Property
Unfortunately the check in process was not the best with the key lock not functioning. We could not contact the manager immediately, but managed to sort it. Villa is in an excellent location, very well equipped, beds are extremely comfortable.

Florida Style Family Fun
Spent a week at this well maintained home. Clean, both inside and out. Lovely pool area we enjoyed daily. Our host was very attentive, when we had questions. If in the area again we would definitely stay here!

A must stay!
The house was absolutely gorgeous and it is on a nice quiet street! The pool is heated perfectly and the view of the water behind the house is so beautiful! Katherine was amazing with getting back very fast as well! I definitely recommend this property to anyone! We will 100% be back!

Fab home from home
This home was everything we wanted it to be. Fabulous location in a quiet and safe setting. The house was clean and had everything we needed, with a lovely welcome pack. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and definitely a hit with all the family. If we ever return to Orlando in the future, we would certainly stay again. Thank you X

Fabulous property and service
Loved our stay in this villa. Perfect location and extremely well appointed with thoughtful service from the owner including a welcome food and snack pack. Pool area is lovely with gorgeous view of the lake and we enjoyed the jacuzzi too although corners of the pool deck could do with a power wash! The interior is immaculate and beautifully presented with everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great Location & Great Pool
Great rental located with easy access to everything. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it was a great break from all the crowds. The property itself was well maintained and had very nice amenities. We used the pool and hot tub multiple times per day. It was great having a pool to ourselves with an awesome view of the pond and fountain. The host, Kathryne, was incredibly responsive and easy to reach via text message. Our only complaint is that we weren't able to stay longer. Looking forward to booking this again in the future.

Tranquil and Relaxing!
We had a lovely week at this property. The pool and hot tub were the highlight for us as we have a six year old. She swam all the time while we enjoyed the sunshine and beautiful view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe when out and about. Kathryne was very responsive if we needed anything. We greatly appreciated the coffee and gift/snack box upon arrival as our flight got in so late we had no time to stop for provisions. Such a joy to have coffee in the morning by the pool! While staying here we enjoyed that Legoland and Gatorland were not far and our favorite place to dine and stroll was the Promenade. It is five minutes from the house and has great dining and shopping options. We also enjoyed the many sweet/ice cream shops, the live entertainment and mini car show in the evenings at the Promenade. Overall fantastic week and Kathryne is an amazing responsive host. We will definitely stay here again when back in Orlando! We needed a low key relaxing week and that’s just what this property offers. Thank you Kathryne!

Amazing!
Great location for accessing all of Disney and located in a very upscale residential neighborhood this home really could not have been better! The water view out back was the icing on the cake for us! The owner was very attentive when setting this place and from the moment you walk in you feel at home.

Beautiful home located in a perfect Disney neighborhood
The home was spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay with our adult three adult daughters. We enjoyed the pool table. The owner was very responsive and we would stay at the home again. We were visiting our daughter in the Disney College Program and she was a 15 minute drive away. The home is close to restaurants, groceries, and theme parks.

Excellent place to stay near the theme parks
This home is in a fantastic location to all theme parks. The owner was in continuous contact making sure everything was ok, asking if we had any problems and fixing whatever problems we had. She was also expedient in answering any questions we came across. Value was extremely reasonable and we will stay here again the next time we come as a group to Orlando

A beautiful property in a fantastic location
My family of 4 adults had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and clean property. It is in a fantastic location, just off 192 and is a short distance to all the parks (20 minutes at most to Disney and 30 to Universal). The villa was very clean, beautifully presented and had all the amenities you would want. The basket of snacks left for us was a lovely touch on our first day, as we arrived late in the evening. The pool is a highlight, not being overlooked at all and backing onto a beautiful lake, with lots of wildlife. You do feel as if you are living in the community, with neighbours stopping to say hello! Kathryne is an excellent host - she is very attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure your stay is as pleasant and relaxing as possible. I would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious home, while being close to all the attractions Orlando has to offer.

Family Vacation

Close to disney
Great place to stay for the family, but I was surprised that we had to supply our own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags. I own a VRBO rental too and I supply all of that for my guests. Just a little annoying that I had to go to the store and stock the house with those items.

Nationals Trip
Couldn't have been happier with our stay! Perfect size and accommodations for everyone! Location was key as well! Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. The house was very clean and spacious. We had a blast playing pool and foosball. And not to mention the pool, perfect temperature, my family could barely get me out of it! Great Space Inside and Out
We had more room than we needed inside this home and we spent most of our time at the pool. I loved that the outside eating area was covered to keep us out of the direct heat while enjoying our meals. College kids loved having the pool table! Easy access to all of the local Amusement Parks. Keep in mind, TRAFFIC is BRUTAL in the Orlando Area so plan accordingly.

This place was awesome. Clean, well supplied with essentials, friendly and quick communications
My husband and I along with our daughter and her boyfriend and his visiting brother from Clearwater, FL had a great time here. Kathryne was always available for any questions. The house is beautiful and the pool was awesome. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We made some nice memories there and look forward to returning!

Couldn't have been any better
This was the perfect vacation spot for our family. The pool and the hot tub were clean. Then kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. I give the owner Five Stars for all the items that came with the rental. I have never been to a rental before that started you out with so much stuff. The master bedroom was wonderful as well as the shower in the master bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms were small but were fine for our daughter. Game room was clean and had a big screen TV . We will defiantly be back.

Great Family Property!
We enjoyed a quick getaway. This property has more than most! We absolutely loved the outdoor space, swimming and listening to music! We loved the game room and enjoyed dinners at the family dinning table! Super close to all the places we wanted to visit! We can’t wait to come back! Perfect Winter Getaway
My Wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing time and this house was just what we were looking for. The pool was private and the neighborhood was very quiet. At the same time the property is only a few miles away from all the restaurants and attractions. Everything was clean and in working order, and the property was well stocked (pots, pans, dishes, towels etc.). We could tell the attention to detail was taken to make our stay comfortable.

Nice place for a family.
The place was pretty good. I only have a few gripes. Only 1 roll of paper towels, and toilet paper per bathroom were supplied. There was a basket of snacks as well, but I would honestly rather not have the snacks and not have to worry about things like toilet paper. As a traveler the last thing I want to deal with is getting things like that. I have family that owns vacation rentals and they supply almost all the toiletries. I also never could figure out the pool and spa. Anytime we enter to use the spa the water level was super low and we couldn’t get it to heat up. In the morning when we didn’t want to use the water level was high. Overall, the place was a great place to stay, and the location was great. The hosts were also very easy to work with.

You should have contacted me about the pool/spa as I would have been happy to tell you over the phone or popped down to show you then you all could have enjoyed the facilities. On check in and including this one, all guests receive a video of how to operate the spa. It is customary for vacation homes here in central Florida supply toiletries to start you out, and guests go to the store for their groceries and get what they need for their stay. Great house!
I stayed with my 3 daughters, all over the age of 18. Everyone was able to have their own room, which was great! House was very spacious. House was immaculate when we checked in. Little amenities were left behind to get us started and made our stay more comfortable. The pool area was gorgeous and clean - unfortunately the cold January temperatures kept us from enjoying that area past the first day. The couple of times I had questions Kathryne responded very promptly. We visited Universal and Epcot while there - both were easy to get to. Lots of dining nearby as well as a Target and a Walmart for essentials. I would definitely recommend this house and this host and would be happy to stay in this house again.

Great Vacation
The house is in a great location, Disney World and stores are nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. The pool has sun all day and has a great view of the pond and wildlife. We had a wonderful time and definitely would stay here again.

Kids loved the pool!
We had a great time in Florida and based out of this property we had easy drives to all Disney properties as well as Universal Studios. The heated pool was a highlight of every day! I think the kids would have preferred swimming over theme-parking! Due to our lengthy stay, we had made local grocery orders with plans to cook breakfast and dinners at the house. For those who are in a similar situation, it's important to note that the kitchen is lacking in supplies I'd typically expect (pizza pan, correctly sized coffee filters, > 1 roll of paper towels). None of these should be deal breakers, but rather taken into consideration for planning. Overall, the place is great and we're so happy to have stayed here!

Had a great time had a small issue with the electrical plug in the master bath near the sinks that was repaired immediately after informing of the problem just a slight disruption of our plans for the day.. over all it was a great experience.
