Our property has 3 bedrooms with a walk-in closet in the Master bedroom. It's completely furnished and very comfortable! Enjoy the great lake view from the balcony. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped. We have taken care of every detail so that you can spend the best time with your family and friends.
The condo is located on the second floor with a full view of the lake and a beautiful green area. This fully air-conditioned unit in Oakwater Resort is a modern and stylish home away from home during your vacation.
The main living area boasts a 55" TV, with cable and an Xbox One console. The room is decorated with neutral tones and tranquil colors that offer a stylish and relaxing atmosphere. There is a great window seat, which is right beside the door to the screened-in balcony. There is free high-speed Internet access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the other large and small appliances you need to be comfortable. All linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and dishes are provided as well. The main area of the condo is open and bright, with the kitchen looking out over the dining room and living room. The dining area seats 6 with an additional 2 stools at the counter breakfast bar.
There are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen 50" tv, and a full ensuite with a walk-in shower. This bedroom is located towards the front of the lake and has doors out to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms also have their flat-screen TVs and these bedrooms share one bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
A patio door from the living room leads onto a screened-in balcony, from which you can enjoy a view of the lake and relax. Oakwater Resort has a great, zero-entry pool, a spa, and a splash deck for the kids. There is a lovely lake with a walking trail. The gated resort also has an exercise room, games room, tennis court, basketball court, and beach volleyball court.
Oakwater Resort, in addition to being close to Disney World, is also very close to all the other major theme parks and attractions. There are several golf courses close by. The resort is located close to shopping and restaurants. A Walmart is less than 5 minutes walking.

RESORT AMENITIES:
No extra fee. Access to the pool and fitness center is included in the booking fees. The Clubhouse will be open from 8 AM to 10 PM daily.
SMOKING AND VAPING ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
Guest will be charged a deep cleaning fee of USD 450 if there is evidence of smoking in the Property. Guest also must comply with any smoking restrictions in or around the Common Areas or Common Facilities.
Check-Out Procedures:
The guest is responsible for completing the check-out procedure including taking out all trash, securing all doors and windows, and leaving the unit damage-free and in good shape. Any deep cleaning needed or excessive trash removal will be billed to the tenant.
Welcome/start essential kit will be provided, additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
