Daily Resort Charge: A mandatory daily resort charge of $25.00 plus tax per night (totaling $28.13 nightly) applies to all standard cash, retail, or third-party exchange bookings. This fee covers high-speed guest Wi-Fi, unlimited DVDNow movie rentals, two daily cups of Starbucks coffee or bottled water, and local phone calls.
Self-parking is available at a secure rate of $10.00 plus 6.5% tax per day ($10.65 daily total) with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Valet parking is not available.
Timeshare Owner & Guest Exemption Policy: If checking in as an elite timeshare owner or an owner's personal guest via a direct points/week usage reservation through Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC), both the daily resort fee and daily self-parking fees are completely waived. Please present your ownership credentials at the front desk upon check-in.
Strict No Smoking Policy: A fee of 250 USD will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
