The apartment was great, pool was great, comfy beds- and the apartment had all the equipment we could have needed. What stood out most were the quick responses to any and all questions - any time day or night. Eric even bought us a bunch of coffee cups when we said we didn’t have enough. Great stay.

This is a very nice place! Having the fan, dishes, cooking utensils, and silverware was nice. There were plenty of supplies like paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags. The AC works great, the place looked great when we arrived, and the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of room and storage at the place, and plenty of linens. There is a credit card operated laundry on the second floor with an ice machine in the back of that room. The only complaint we had was with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, specifically the showers, vanities, and tubs. The Melia has lots of extras and an outstanding location. The staff is always very professional, respectful of guests and friendly. Our host, Eric is also great with communication.

The rentalbwas really nice. The space well distributed and all the supplys needed. The kitchen had all the required utensils to cook, clean and keep refrigerated. 10 minutes from disney parks and nearby shooping areas, even a supermarket for groceries. The hotel hospitality nice and helpfull. Planning on staton here again next year!!
