Welcome to our luxurious vacation home Magic Village Views, located only 3 miles (5 km) from the renowned Disney Parks!

Our serene single home is situated in a modern gated community, offering a comfortable retreat in the heart of Orlando, with top-notch amenities, including sleek stainless steel kitchens, tasteful furnishings, and a well furnished private patio. In addition, we have taken great care to ensure that our home is fully accessible to guests with special needs.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.

When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.

Parking lot - There's no additional fee

Extra guest - There's no additional fee up to 10 people

The resort pool, courts, and Fitness Center - $100 extra fee per group per day.

The resort fee is optional and not mandatory. You can choose to pay it at the clubhouse entrance if you decide to use the amenities.

Main floor: 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with all accessibility features, shower, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

Upper floor: 1 bedroom with king size bed and 2 sofa beds, with private bathroom. And they also have 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms, one with a soaking tub.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available by an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play or High Chair one day before your arrival.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

* This model unit has dedicated space from the entrance to the first floor for movable chairs. With a fully adapted bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom for the disabled.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
