Property was just what we wanted, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area outside needs a little work but doesnt take anything away from enjoying the pool! would stay again

Disney Family Trip

The house was perfect for the family. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook all meals. Very clean as well. The kids loved the pool and game room. Host responses are immediate. I will definitely be back!!

Best part of our vacation!

After long days of parks and sightseeing, it was wonderful to go "home" to a lovely, clean, house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating allowing an extended stay. The neighbors were very friendly. Will definitely stay again. The only issue was that in order to have the pool/spa heated, it needed to be requested in advance which we were unaware of until the pool guy told us.

Great villa in a fantastic location

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday in this lovely villa. The booking process was really easy and Lee was very helpful. The villa has everything you could want. The pool is brilliant and my little boy absolutely loved the games room. It’s in a great location, near to the Disney Parks. There is a Publix supermarket and Papa Johns pizza takeaway only a few miles away, with the shops and restaurants of Champions Gate only about 5 miles away. We are already thinking about returning next year!

Disney trip

We stayed at this property with friends to spend 2 days at the Disney parks. Would have been a 20min car ride but traffic 1 day made for a 45 min car ride to the parks. Only would suggest pressure washing pool area, fix up landscaping. Backyard was kind of an eye sore. Kids loved the heated pool as it was a chilly week. Overall was a great stay and good communication with owner.

We loved your place so much! The only thing I have negative to say is it is booked already when we want to come next year lol!! Very nice and clean, the wood floor was glistening! Great ambiance! Great games room! I love that you left towels for us for swimming, and in the bathroom it was fully stocked so I didn't have to do much laundry! Great stocked kitchen too! It was a very nice neighbourhood and easy access to get where we needed to go :) and the pool...oh my goodness, it was warm like a bath tub and very nice! highly recommend!!!

The upkeep of the pool was rather disappointing. It was dirty and not cleaned. Not sure if chemicals were added. We paired to heat it, but could not go in because the pool was dirty. The home itself was okay. Needed some updating.

Nice yet disappointing

It's an older property nice yet could use some work. Only one sink worked in the master bath. The faucets in the showers were old and sprayed windy. I paid for the pool to be heated, however it was still pretty cold so we never use it😒. I didn't realize the small tub wasn't a hot tub only a spa tub. There were only 3 wash clothes, so I had to buy bought some. The pots and pans were pretty worn and not enough to cook an entire meal at one time without having to wash. What's disappointing is when we travel to a property, we expect the home away from home experience. If the property manager is managing the property they should make the owner aware of things that should be updated when necessary.

Could have been better

I believe in being honest. The Villa its self was fantastic, and in a great location. A couple of things we had to endure whilst we where there. Upon arrival at the Villa, we was unable to enter the Villa for the first 40 min due to the code being changed, had to call UK to get correct code. The spar is not really usable due to the jets being broken and the water just being blown over the top of the pool. By the end of the first week we did not have any Wi fi for a couple of days and no cable Tv for the rest of our stay. This was reported to the Villa Management, but unfortunately not acted on as one would have expected. I`m not being picky or petty minded, just being Honest. Would i use this Villa again? Most definitely, as i said it is a Fantastic Villa in a Great location......the Bed in the Master Bedroom is AAWWSome.

Corners Cut Everywhere, Avoid

I have never left anything but a 5 star review on VRBO, but this experience doesn't deserve it. First, the property manager and host are non responsive to anything. Upon arrival the Wifi didn't exist, we called the number on the account and were told that the wifi was changed, but we weren't updated. We walked outside to find the spa TOTALLY empty. We arrived late in the evening to find the house has ZERO soaps. We were left on a plate 2 dishwasher pods and one garbage bag. We couldn't even wash our hands or shower. There were some partial bottles of soap we found under the sink. The ironing board was badly damaged, completely unusable with giant burn holes. The coffee maker was stained/damaged and likely 30 years old. There were ZERO baking sheets for making breakfast. Everything would have been fine if the host fixed items. i promptly sent photos to the host who apologized and said they would get back to me right away with fixes and the missing items. Nothing, not a single word the rest of the stay. Nothing arrived, i figure they cut their losses. The phone number for the property manager went unanswered on 4 attempted calls. The house was clean, but i would urge everyone to avoid it, the host appears to be overseas and the house is BAREBONE, everywhere they could save a few bucks they did. We arrived and spent more than $60 on toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, laundry pods, garbage bags and more.

Family Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this villa. It is close enough to Disney to enjoy the magic and far enough away to be able to unwind and enjoy what Florida has to offer. The villa is well kept and exactly what we were looking forward. The owner was attentive and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

Family Vacation

This is an ideal spot for family. Close to stores, restaurants and not far from major attractions. We all enjoyed the game room, pool & spa. Host was very attentive to all questions we had. For example, we could not operate tvs in 2 of the rooms upon arrival. Went out to enjoy the attractions only to return and find tvs operable. Will definitely recommend this place!!

Be careful

Property and location were wonderful, loved the pool and game room. Kitchen and linens well stocked and clean, everything worked properly. Very lovely house. However, the owner did not send door code on time and resulted in us having to stay in a hotel first night, he has yet to refund for one night. Additionally, he charged us for "damages" that we did not do with absolutely zero communication regarding the issue. The place was great but be careful of this owner!

Davenport Villa

House was clean. Pool and spa were clean and refreshing. Outside of pool area could have been better cleaned up. Piles of leaves and branches scattered about, Eyesore. If planning on watching any live TV, forget about it as everything is streaming and you need pass codes and pin numbers. Only drawback. Property Mgr was very prompt in getting back to us if we encountered a problem except for the TV situation and we had quite a bit of cool and rainy days.
