RARE Remodeled Luxury Villa w/ Pool & Game Room

Welcome to our Champion’s Gate vacation home. When you enter our home, you will be greeted with a modern chic décor that has been newly renovated. This 6BR home features a heated pool, cable tv and WIFI. Additional amenities include an amazing game room with an air hockey table, ping pong table, indoor basketball game and dual 75” 4K TVs with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X! You also have access to the Clubhouse which includes a waterpark, tiki bar, movie theater, arcade, gym, and restaurant.
The space
Our 6-bedroom 6-bathroom home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. You will enjoy spending time with your family in the pool and everyone will enjoy the game room. The pool area includes a 55” mounted TV to enjoy entertainment from anywhere in the patio area. There are two master bedroom suites with king-sized beds and two bathrooms: one on the first floor the other on the second. There is also a queen bedroom on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom. The loft area has a Queen sleeper sofa and dedicated workspace. All additional bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate up to 14 guests. There is also a Keurig single cup or carafe coffee maker, a Ninja Blender, toaster and waffle maker. New luxury vinyl plank floors have been recently installed in all bedrooms and the upstairs loft area.
All bedrooms have comfortable bedding and pillows.
Guest access
The driveway can accommodate 2 cars. Additional parking is available on the street. There is also a shuttle in the neighborhood that can take you to the waterpark, arcade and restaurant on-site.

You are free to use the entire home except for the 2 owner's closets: one located on the first floor and the other located in the closet of the second floor master suite (the doors have a digital keypad on them) and the utility closet inside of the game room (also with a digital keypad).
Other things to note
Please review the following before booking:

To book this home, you must be 25 years of age or older.

After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.

Guests are limited to 5 cars and that is the max limit of parking passes allowed per reservation in the community.

To heat the pool, there is an additional charge of $30 per day (for a minimum of 3 days).

Absolutely NO PARTIES are allowed in this home. We are sharing our family home with you. Please respect it. Violation of our "no party" rule will result in immediate eviction. There are cameras on the front and side of the home to enforce this policy. Violations are immediately turned over to the local sheriff and AirBnB. Quiet hours in this subdivision are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

No Pets allowed

Smoking is NOT allowed inside home or on the back patio. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front.

Guest access:
The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be given a code via email that will work for the duration of your stay.
