Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking
We don't recommend nor endorse the use of the grill, therefore use it at your own risk and discretion. There is a $75 fee for cleaning the grill, please let us know before your stay if you do want the grill.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40/day. If you choose to heat only the SPA, the cost is $20/day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made prior to check-in and will be applied for the entire duration of your stay.
