Great sports getaway

This was a really nice place for 18 people. The pool and hot tub was fun and the location was perfect for all that Disney had to offer. The kitchen was great as well and was well stocked for the meals that we prepared. Excellent house!

Beautiful property

Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Staff responded when the code didn’t work ( no fault of theirs). I recommend this property.

Worst vacations day

Today we checked in the pool was dirty, cloudy the pool net was broke, couldn’t get the bugs out. We contacted the people they assured us someone will be around to clean it. No one showed up to the day before we checked out could not use the pool. the guy brought a pool net round. It took two days later for someone to show up the house was not really clean. The beds were hard as a brick, we told him the air condition in the game room was not working they never fixed it. We never used the game room so we had to fend for our south. The only thing we got to do was sit around and watch TV or go somewhere because the game room was useless the pool was useless , so you take it from there seems like we need a pretty good refund. We don’t care if we get it but it’s bad that you’re in a place and you can’t use anything you rented.
