Stayed for a work week but would definitely recommend the property for a vacation rental. The unit was beautiful and clean. Definitely would rent it again! Great property. Nothing negative at all. Thank you for a great stay.

Maintenance Needed

My family and I were greatly satisfied with the apartment location, however, we realized some things needed maintenance, repair or cleaning. Such as: broken curtains, non adjustable suite shower, scratched floor, and both the balcony and the window frames were very dirty. The kitchen supplies were somewhat limited, since there was just one big spoon and four small ones (but there was a good amount of forks and knives). There was neither glass recipients nor utensils to help microwave or serve the food. Before we left, we cleaned and organized the apartment, leaving the dishes cleaned inside the dishwasher, and the towels inside the dryer.

Excelente localização e conforto

A localização do imóvel é perfeita. Próximo às principais avenidas e rodovias, perto dos parques da Universal e com uma estrutura ao redor excelente (mercado, farmácia, cafés, lojas etc). O apartamento é muito bem distribuído, mobiliado, com todos os utensílios e recursos necessários. O condomínio tem uma academia muito bem equipada, piscinas, quadras, áreas de lazer e pista para caminhadas ao redor do lago com uma vista maravilhosa. Recomendo com certeza!
