Town house was spotless, beds were comfortable and view from the pool deck was awesome. It was fully equipped, internet was great as was the smart TV. Close to every thing, Disney was a short drive and a lot of good restaurants close by. We have already booked for next year.

Great! House exactly as the pictures. All very clean and organized. Super comfortable beds. Super well-equipped house, spacious and with all the amenities described. Very polite host and respond quickly, which makes all the difference. A quiet, quiet neighborhood. It exceeded our expectations. My family and I were extremely satisfied with the stay. We'll be back for sure.

Amazing beautiful resort!!

Everything was perfect !!! We really felt at home had everything we needed. Had plenty for kids to enjoyand have fun a free game room and activicty room was a big plus with my kids !! Even had a buliud a bear station my daughter loved.

Great Vacation

Town house was in a great location, very clean with a lot of nice touches. We had an issue early on but all it took was phone call and things were rectified the very next day. The one disappointment was the deck furniture, in need of a serious upgrade. We had to go buy folding chairs to sit on.

Improvements Needed

Spent a lot of all vacation on the phone with your properties with issues. There were a lot of things broken/messed up in the house prior to our visit took pictures so we won't be charged for the damages. Had to call security for noise complaint. Wait times at the gates to get through were ridiculous.

Big, nice house

The house was really, really great and it's a pretty resort. We sprent 13 days in it, 7 people. Big booms, 4 TV's, four showers and a nice, little pool. Easy to cook and wash clothes. Negative - to far away from the main-pool (with a great lazy-river) and a really negative ting is that you can't bring soda or snacks to the pool, neither play with a pool-ball or something like that - you must buy everything you want to eat and drink (accept water) and the selection isn't great…. Noisy neighbours shouting and partying until the morning (probably on vacation too) made it hard to sleep some nights. Even though the house was really great, it's not a place we'll return to. No shops close by makes it difficult - you can't do anything without a car. And the highways are crowded. To much time of the vacation have to be spent in the car),

Het huis is groot en goed ingericht (mag wel wat beter schoongemaakt worden). Alleen de inventaris liet te wensen over. Zo waren er bijv. maar 6 longdrinkglazen. Ook de eettafel is niet groot genoeg voor een groot gezelschap. Wij waren met 7 volwassenen en 2 kinderen en dat was krap laat staat als je met 13 personen bent. Ook was de tafel op het terras klein. Deze was voor maximaal 6 personen geschikt. Dus gezellig buiten zitten met z'n allen zit er niet in. Dat is jammer. Verder is het een fijn huis op een leuke locatie.

Improvements Needed

The place was not clean. I have videos and pictures which show the dust, mold, dirty sheets, dirty sofas, and several broken items across the facility. The pool was not clean and needed water. We added water so that it could properly run. Spiders were everywhere, including over the island where you eat. My-self and two other guests got spider bites as a result. We purchased cleaning supplies to disinfect the house. The carpet was vacuumed over 3 times, all of which filled the bin to the brink. When management was made aware of the issue and was asked to help make our stay better, I was told the team would be advised and that the house was inspected and approved as clean. We asked for new sheets/comforters and reimbursement for the pool not being cleaned when arrived. There was no response in the entire 2 weeks we stayed. Highly unprofessional. The pictures on site DO NOT reflect the current state of the property and multiple health and safety hazards are present. An apology and acknowledgement of the very real issues would have been appreciated.

Very disappointed with our stay.

Toilet paper holders kept falling out of wall. Showers leaked. AC didn't keep the place cool. Ice maker kept turning off. Outlets didn't work in the kitchen. Lamps in bedrooms didn't work. TV remote control batteries were dead and we had to purchase more. Hot water would run out. Refrigerator door wouldn't seal so it couldn't maintain a cool temp. When we arrived on a Friday just after 5pm and called to report problems, we were told they are closed and to try again Monday. I texted back and forth a few times after that. No one came. We were told to reset the outlets but they didn't have the reset buttons and to give the house time to cool off…it never did. If it had been summer instead of spring break we wouldn't have been able to stay there due to the heat.

Fair condition, not like new condition

When booked, heating of pool was $30, then when inquiring to have pool heated, we were told it was now $50 per day. Contracted amount should not have been changed. Carpeting was not vacuumed and is dirty. Master shower could have been cleaned better. 2nd master suite upstairs comforter was dirty! There were not enough towels for all of our 12 guests and had to use pool towels. There was one washcloth and lists in bath showed two in each bath, so we had to go out and buy some.
