Great stay with Alvina - we requested an early check-in last minute on Thanksgiving Day and she was quick to respond and accommodate our request. I also spent a lot of time planning to make sure we had every thing we needed for our family of 6 and Alvina had just about everything we needed was already at her place. This is probably the most well-appointed rental I’ve stayed at.

We rented this condo for a quick trip to visit family in Orlando. We like the location because of the quick access to the interstate and toll roads to get around Orlando, and having the pool and walking path for downtime is great. The condo had everything that was advertised and was super clean.

This condo was great! Alvina was a great host, very easy to work wi the and responsive to questions. The property is spacious and clean and set up with everything you need to start your stay. Convenient to the convention center (we were there for volleyball), and many restaurants and a Publix so close! Will stay here again next year hopefully!

Family Time in Orlando

This was our second year in a row staying at Upendo - we loved it so much last year, we came back! The condo is sparkling clean and well-maintained and stocked with everything you could need. The owner is incredibly responsive and easy to contact when needed. Location is convenient to Universal, Disney and other area attractions. Highly recommend staying here - we always like to have a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms when we travel, so a place like this is perfect for us! Thank you, Alvina!

Cleaning service left condo a little dusty with mold in toilet. We cleaned them. We should have been notified pool not available and given alternative without asking. Location is very good, although there is a lot of construction in area.

Week in Orlando, great choice.

Spent a week at Vista Cay, with the first few days busy with volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center and the rest at the Disney resorts. Excellent choice for us, four adults and a 5 yo. So convenient, with the OCCC literally minutes away, a Publix a block away, good restaurants and fast food very close and access to I-4 just a few blocks, made this a great location. Exactly as described in the VRBO listing, with everything you might need during your stay. “Exceptionally appointed” is one way to describe this listing. Kitchen, baths, bedding, everything was tastefully appointed, clean and in working order. Very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this property. Communication was via email and provided everything we needed. Lovely, safe and comfortable condo.

The pictures don’t do it justice - the condo is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and absolutely anything you could need is provided! Everything is labeled, from a stocked spice rack to all the extra sheets packed in containers in the closets. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and serving and cooking ware. Communication with owner was easy and quick. Perfect location for our family’s excursion to Universal. Very quiet - never heard anyone else! Beautiful view of balcony with Universal roller coasters in the distance. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely wonderful condo and a lovely owner

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 night stay. We have a 10 month old and the condo was incredibly well equipped with a cot, highchair, stroller and pool toys. There was also an Xbox and Nintendo in a separate sitting area. Vista Cay is a lovely resort and one of our favourites in Orlando. Grounds are immaculate and facilities are of a very high standard. The condo is furnished to a very high standard and the pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen/utility has literally everything you could need and everything is supplied and labelled, such as wash tablets, dishwasher tablets and refuse sacks. It was just a complete package and every single detail has been thought about and supplied. Beds were massive and very comfortable. The balcony furniture was fantastic quality and also incredibly comfortable. The balcony is super and we watched the sun rise and sunset every day from it. It really is a wonderful place and the other 10/10 reviews are very accurate. Alvina (owner) was wonderful to deal with and dealt with every query very quickly by phone and couldn’t have done more for us. This place is 10/10 and we would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for providing such a wonderful condo.

Vista Cay for the win!

This is our fifth summer at Vista Cay and this condo is definitely a keeper! The building is conveniently located to everything in Orlando…we always come in July for Dance Awards and this is a great area with restaurants, grocery stores, and International Drive. The pool is fabulous here! This is a higher floor on a corner overlooking the lake and walking path. I MAY have taken a few naps out on the porch. 😉 The owner has provided everything you could ask for with an immaculate kitchen, and completely stocked cabinets of dishes and cookware. She leaves a great beginning set for the week and it is ALL so organized for washing concerns, with lots of extra sheets, towels and bedding. The condo has plenty of room for having friends over or using the office area for work as well. Pool towels are provided and it’s just a short walk down the path. (The bar there has fabulous drinks!) Highly recommend this listing because the owner goes out of her way to make sure you’re well taken care of and she is very quick to reply to any requests or questions. We really love this area of Orlando with the wide avenues, palm trees, Icon park, Disney Springs and all parks near by-it is a safe, convenient area with a workout area and a great running path encircling the lake. Thank you for opening your home to us! We loved it!
