We enjoyed our stay, minor issues

The house was large, furnished nicely, clean and comfortable. My main complaint is the kitchen, it was not at all well equipped to actually cook. There were plenty of mugs, plates, and silverware but limited glasses, one saute pan, no cookie sheets, can opener was crap, tongs broke immediately. Pretty sure they got everything from the Dollar Tree. They also gave us 2 garbage bags and even though we put the trash securely in the bench on the porch, the animals still got into the trash almost every day. The service would not pick it up unless it was neatly in a bag. Very frustrating. Also, they did not want the AC turned down below 72 so we were very hot, did not sleep well because we were so hot. We came home to water leaking from the ceiling on our last day as the AC drain was plugged. It was fixed that night but we had to stay up until 2:00 waiting on them to come. Finally, we came to go to Universal and it was a LONG drive. It says 21 miles on the website, plan one hour each way regardless of day or time. Sunday night at 9:00, one hour. So much traffic in Orlando, it def made things more stressful. For a Disney trip and for a family that does not want to cook at all, this is a great option.

Cockroach infestation and poor property management

Unfortunately, we did NOT enjoy our stay and are waiting on a call from the property manager to address the many concerns mainly the infestation of roaches crawling on the walls, floors, and walls that has yet to be addressed. WE HAVE CALLED, TEXT, AND EMAILED FOR THREE DAYS TO ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS. Again, this property is not to fit to be rented out until this home has been fumagated. Pest control finally showed up and was unable to treat the home without us being relocated to another home because there were so many cockroaches and they would only spread more if he attempted to do so. Due to the amount of roaches that were cralling from under the refrigerator my husband pulled the fridge only to see the massive amount of roaches that were crawling and breeding behind the fridge. This made me throw up. The filth and unalsanitary insects in this home is unacceptable. WE were told by Alicia that she spoke with Lisa and we would be moved and noone has called to take care of that. This is unacceptable. The pictures and videos are the proof that this doesn't property is unfit to be rented.

Home Away From Home

Amazon Annie for perfect for my family of 12 to relax and play. We had a fun weekend away from home. The house was almost perfect. I would book here again.

Spacious and clean

Our group of friends enjoyed this house for a weekend golf trip. Beds were comfortable and we had lots of room to lounge in the evening. Clean and comfortable rental.

Excellent stay, top notch spot

I really enjoyed my stay here, excellent location near convenient stores and groceries. Close to Disney. Love the pool got it heated was very nice in October. The place was very clean, well-kept, plenty of cookware dishes, and even a fondue pot if you’re so inclined. Beds were comfortable, more than enough space to spread out, definitely will be coming back can’t wait. Don’t miss this one!

Enough room for everyone

Kitchen has lots of dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances for a large party. Decor was stunning and simple. Pool was immaculate except the child gate was seriously loose and small kids could slide through if they really wanted to. Inside of the house was clean, just don’t look under the couch! Lots of debris and even shattered glass. Game room has no air conditioning. My bed was okay, a bit saggy and dipped on my side of the bed. There was a lots of garbage outside when we got there and the trash bin was full of loose trash. I’m just giving my honest version of what I saw while there but I would not discourage anyone from renting this place, it was really roomy for our family and the ambiance was beautiful. Just some things could have been improved but I would stay there again. Lots of street parking but only one in the drive.

A lot of things wrong

When we checked in we were given the WRONG WiFi network name TWICE! So our first 2 days we had no internet access. The grill did not work properly. There were ceiling fans that didn’t work, as well as lights in bedrooms. There were also 2 TVs that the cable did not work on. One being in the little girls bedroom. We put a call into maintenance but never got contacted about the TVs. So our whole stay we were without cable in those rooms. It was 8 days! Now the good. It is a beautiful house and couldn’t be more convenient. We loved the location. We actually decided to rent another house in the same neighborhood in October when we come back for 9 days. Even with all our issues we would have booked this house again but it wasn’t available for our whole stay in October.

I would love to book this home again in the future.

I was very impressed with everything this home had to offer, from all the amenities, appliances & cleanliness and most definitely the space. My entire family was amazed & very comfortable! We all fell in love with the home & the resort! Looking forward to our next trip.

Best vacation ever

The home was amazing. Clean, updated and spacious. The pool was a great temperature and the kids spent hours in it. We had plenty of room to bring grandparents and siblings! Beds were super comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!
