Fully-Equipped Villa Next to Disney!

Located just 2 miles from Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and minutes to numerous restaurants and outlet malls. This well-equipped villa will surely make your visit to Florida comfortable and very memorable.

For people not familiar with the area, Kissimmee is part of the Orlando metropolitan area. For the exact location of the villa and proximity to the parks, zoom out slightly on the map below.

The villa has a very comfortable king bed, it is fully equipped with everything you need from towels, sheets, bathroom essentials, iron, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, and blender.

We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests to stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting touches surfaces ( lights, switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc ) before your check-in.

Although we are making these efforts to clean and disinfect, please take your own precautions.

Parking is a few steps away from the unit for convenience. At the clubhouse, also a few steps away, there are computers and printers for guests to use, gym, laundry room, heated pool, kids pool, hot tub, a BBQ area and basketball court.

Our goal is to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Easy access to the villa with self check-in and keyless entry door lock and free parking. We provide an initial supply of bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo+conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels.

We can arrange a pack n play for an additional fee of $45 for an entire stay.

Very convenient to all of the Disney properties and was a perfect space for a couple. Small kitchen allows you to cook in if you desire. Great communication with the property manager. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful experience! Place was very clean, with good amenities. The dish washer did not work. Don't plan to bake; there's no oven. Pool and hot tubs enjoyed. Nice and quiet. When we were there the weren't any obnoxious people or loud music. Thank God. We spent the trip traveling and enjoying the Disney parks. It was conveniently located less than 15 minutes from Disney World/ Orlando/ Disney Springs areas. Overall, a wonderful time! Will consider coming again! Thanks!

Everything was great! The property was in a perfect location to what we had planned and the place was well stocked with necessities if we needed them. Tatiana was also great with her communication as well.

Our HONEST review

The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. The only safety concern was the shower/bath. The bathtub was very......EXTREMELY slippery. There is a grab bar but its provide enough stability. The dial to control water temp in the shower is difficult to adjust and the water temperature fluctuates quickly and to extreme temperatures. Please use caution. There also were no lights in outside corridor. I mentioned this to the owner. She quickly responded to me to in regards to rectifying the issue. Other than that everything was good. Location was close to parks, restaurants, and shopping.

Enjoyable Stay

From start to finish everything went smoothly with setting up our place to stay while visiting Orlando. The daily rate was really reasonable. We were able to get the dates we wanted. The host made sure the place was clean, we had everything we needed and kept in contact with us. There are many food and shopping places nearby. Thank you for a great stay.

Good place!

The host was very responsive before the stay, and gave us all the information we needed! The only thing that lost a star was that the televisions were outdated, and the one in the bedroom did not work. This was not a problem for us because when we were there, we only slept, but when I let the host know, they did not respond. Overall, this was the perfect place to stay when going to Disney! We also got to use the pool, which was great!

The location was excellent. It was very close to everything we needed and Disney. The property was quiet. We watched the fireworks from our window every night. The price was great too!

Nice stay

Nice little condo. Convenient to Disney and close to restaurants and grocery store. It looks like it’s recently been updated but still outdated in some areas (bathroom). The mattress was very hard and we were super bummed to go down to the hot tub and it didn’t work. Overall, enjoyed our stay though.

Great condo! Not to small great for two people. Near Disney. Clean! Needs some TLC, like new pans and pots! Wish they had a toaster oven! But over all a great place.

Good little Condo

Overall stay was very good. It is close to the highway so you can hear the traffic. I do suggest a larger trash can. The little bathroom size trash in the kitchen for the entire condo is a bit too small

Nice little apt in slower traffic area

Bathroom and King bedroom separated by a door to the living/kitchen area. Great hot water. Little pond outback with ducks, otters. Easy self check-in. Close to restaurants. We never cooked but looked like all you would need. Good communication with Tatiana!
