Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place in Orlando, 10 min from Universal, 30 min from Disney World. Close to main driveways, restaurants and shopping areas. This fully furnished unit with equipped kitchen. Amenities: refreshing and heated pool, a pool sided bar, gym and spa tub. Wireless Internet, business center, keyless check-out and check-in. Free self parking onsite.
    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THIS IMPORTAN INFORMATION:
    * Picture of your photo ID, also for all the people that will be in the reservation.
    * DO NOT Smoke, vapping inside of the property.
    *NO pets allow
    *Try to avoid noise.
    *WARNING, Property parties are PROHIBITED, it will give us the right to cancel your reservation WITH NO REFUND. The unit has MInut , Minut is a device that notify us when decibels are high, or when the unit exceeds the amount of people allow in the reservation.
    * The unit is equipped for your use and future guest, please use them accordingly. Any damages will be change separately. Towels $25 (Bath, hand and wash), Sheets and duvets $60 each, Bed blankets $50 each, damage to flooring, furniture, TV or kitchen items will be charge separately.
    * If unit is return in really bad condition an extra cleaning will be charged.
    * If you have any inconvenient, please notify us at your earliest convenience VIA TEXT.

Overall this was a nice experience, the host was responsive, friendly and available whenever I needed to contact her. The staff were kind and the suites were very clean. Access to restaurants, and Disney parks were close. The only problem we had was the water in the showers were not hot and very luke warm to cold, there were no small washcloths in the linen closet, it would be helpful to have a pamphlet of important information such as WiFi information, Pool hours, lobby information, breakfast and lunch times, ect. Other than that we truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Martha for making our stay an enjoyable one.

EDC Stay

My friends and I visited Orlando for EDC. We loved the place! Super clean, bathrooms were nice and so was the balcony. The beds were SO COMFY. Actually, the listing says they are queen size but they are definitely king sized beds which is amazing!! Also TVs had all the streaming services available which was also great. The location wasn't bad either. 5 minute walk from a seven eleven where we got snacks and some drinks. We also LOVED the restaurant called "Pio Pio" that's also in very close walking distance. The host was SO kind and there was amazing communication. She answered any questions I had fairly quickly. The only thing is the washer can use an update but it still worked lol. 5 stars! (:
