Great stay with VIP perks that made a difference! I was able to get a late checkout until 1pm, which was super convenient. They also gave a cute goodie bag with boxed water and trail mix—such a nice touch. Iliana provided excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was stylish and cozy, and I especially loved how spacious the shower was. Would definitely stay here again!

The property location and staff were great. My room on the other hand had some issues. First night ac was on in my room and it was a bit chilly so I turned it off. Woke up the next morning at about 6:30 to get ready to go to my convention first day and there was water all over the floor. Reported to the staff that the AC was leaking and they said they'd get someone from maintenance to come check it out. Arrived back to the hotel at about 6:00 after my first day of convention and everything seemed to be okay. Turn the AC back on in the room and raise the temperature just a bit as it was set very low and at about 9:00 it starts pouring water out again all over the floor. Grabbed some towels to attempt to dry it up and turned off the unit itself. Woke up the next morning. Water everywhere all over the floor again! Checked out this morning. I did let staff know again that they have an AC situation in that room. Also in the sink where the overflow drain is is extremely dirty as well as the shower drain was pretty dirty as well. Sheets were clean on the bed and everything else looked right

We chose The Family Room and it's huge. My kiddo ansolutely loved the bunkbeds and the niche and USB/C charger cord plugs installed in it was genius. The bathroom is a very nice size, shower is very roomy, and the pool was great. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Room spacious, but bed is way too low for anyone with knee and hip issues. Room floor felt sticky, but bathroom looked clean. Parking not sufficient for number of rooms. There were cars everywhere. Staff at desk were some of the most polite. No continental breakfast. Our VIP for Expedia was not recognized.

Hotel was clean and the staff member checking us in was kind and helpful. Breakfast is an extra charge. Be aware that beds are extremely low. We did not get clean towels when our room was refreshed (in fact we had no towels) and they refused to bring us any. We had to go to the desk to retrieve them (after a shower with no towel)

The room was clean. The night stand was needed the screws to be tightened. Overall the stay was great. At other locations breakfast is free, at this location there is a charge. The staff were really nice and were accommodating.
