The Modern Jewel at Reunion is a 7,450 sq. ft., west-facing pool villa offering lavish views of the Arnold Palmer golf course. This home's modern custom-built design and endless space for up to 22 guests features 7 luxurious master suites and 3 custom-designed connecting children's rooms with 9 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. As soon as you step inside this breathtaking villa, the foyer will usher you into an elaborate open living area. Reminisce on the day's activities with the whole family in one of the comfortable sofa accommodations that features an unmatched cinematic viewing experience. The chefs of the family will be ecstatic to prepare gourmet meals for all in the fully equipped custom kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. Start your day off right with breakfast at the central island that can seat up to 10, and have a family meal around the large dining table in the formal dining space that can seat up to 12.

Step out onto your private pool deck with a 30-foot west-facing custom pool that features a spillover spa, sun shelf, and four classic deck jets for an elegant finish. Upon entering the ground floor, you will find 3 master suites with king-sized beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Head on up to the second floor, and you will find 7 bedrooms that include 3 master suites and 3 custom kids' rooms, one of which features twin over twin bunk beds. Your children will be dreaming with some of their favorite characters in one of the two underwater-themed bedrooms or defeating the darkness in the modern, ultra-themed bedroom. The fun will never stop with all 3 bedrooms being connected by slides that will have the children landing in a new adventure every time. Bedroom 9 will also include a PlayStation 4 and an Xbox One for the kids to enjoy.

This villa is ideal for entertaining with two private game rooms and a home theater. Play a round of knockout on the Harlem-designed basketball court surrounded by a chain gate and graffiti. One hop over the gate and you'll find yourself immersed in a fully-equipped arcade, complete with Pop-A-Shot, Skee-Ball, Racing, and Shooting arcade games. • Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law, occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days before your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required for all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
