Great Disney spot

My family stayed here for our Disney vacation. It’s our second time at the reunion resort. This room comes with the reunion pass so we had access to the waterpark and other amenities. It’s an easy walk from the waterpark and the condo was just as described.

Pictures don't do it Justice

Location and Condo was perfect! We expected the Vrbo pictures to be stock, but the condo was pristine. It over looks the 14th fairway of the Watson course, is only 1 mile away from a Tesla supercharger and grocery store, and 2 miles from plenty of restaurants.

Very clean and spacous. Great location to all the disney parks. Roads are under construction so you have to deal with alot traffic.

Good stay, would have appreciated a few more amenities

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Reunion Resort. This particular unit was missing a few things - it would have been nice to have more than 1 roll of TP per bathroom. Also, we found the entrance lock to the unit a bit problematic. We understand that this is no one’s fault but the elevator was out of order for more than 24 hours, including the day of our checkout. It posed a problem when taking out our luggage.

April 2023 (wonderful stay)

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful place! The Condo was comfortable, clean, peaceful, and amazing views of the golf course & hotel. The water prk was our favorite part! The overall experience was phenomenal. We plan to come back soon again!!! :) *I will say this- Make sure to buy toilet paper. You only get one roll per bathroom. I will also add, if the vacation home rental company, can you please provide a broom and mop, that would be great. I know ppl don’t go on vacay to cleanup but you will come across some folks that like to be tidy up. Thank you :)*

The condo was beautiful. The management company was awful.I chose a property that had the resort access and I believe those properties are more expensive. But when I got to the office I was told they only had one access card not 2 for both. The 11 floor pool and restaurant which was advertised has been closed for some time. We arrived at 3pm and the 4pm only arrival was allowed unless we paid 75 additional dollars. The condo provided one roll of awful toilet paper one dishwasher soap and one washing machine soap with the suggestion we start a load of towels before we left. More but I think you get picture Other vrbo vacation rentals have been sooooo much better

Nice but a lot more potential

First of all, we had a nice time and the management was very responsive when we had a few issues. Most importantly the beds were comfortable (although my perennial complaint is bad pillows….most VRBOs or other rentals that I stay in). The location was very convenient but the road noise, while only a din, was non-stop all day/ evening. It made leaving the patio door open a bit uncomfortable. The unit was a bit tired. While it looked like the pictures, everything was in need of repair. Ceiling fans didnt work initially and sink faucet ended up getting replaced and the ice maker had issues. All were fixed fairly promptly. The blinds were broken in one guest room and they were never repaired during our stay. The staff that repaired things in the unit were wonderful and fairly efficient. I am sure we have high expectations but we stayed for several weeks. Cabinets were worn, carpet in the bedrooms was in need of replacement. All-in-all, I would give this unit a “B”. So much potential with a bit of TLC. I would definitely stay with this agent again and liked the community at-large. (The gym was fully equipped but in need of a deep clean.). Pools were great and golf courses really lovely.

Great property

This condo was so nice and freshly decorated. The linens were crisp and comfortable. The downfall is that it is a third floor unit and the owners will not allow the AC unit below 74! On 80 degree days the condo was too warm. Only one bedroom ceiling fan worked. We would definitely rent again as long as the AC issue and fans were resolved.
