This well furnished 4 bedroom home features 2 master bedrooms - both with ensuite bathrooms - and an additional family bathroom. The home has had a lot of creative input and as a bonus, there is a well equipped carpeted games room complete with sofas, TV and a pool table making it a great room for family entertainment.

If you can bring yourself away from there, the home also provides an additional sitting room with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast nook complete with a dishwasher, large fridge and full-size oven. There is a laundry room and the house is fully air conditioned.
Outside you will find your own pool (which can be heated for a fee) and furnished deck with a very private feel. What better way of relaxing, than sitting poolsidel after a busy day at a theme park with a cool drink and a casual meal while the kids cool down and play? This home really offers something for everyone and is very peaceful while still being close enough to all that Orlando has to offer.

Florida law - guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
