Overall, our family enjoyed time at the house rental. The house was clean, provided clean bed linen and extra ones, lots of fans for proper airflow, dog friendly, and a wonderful game room. It has just the right amount of rooms and space for 8 adults. The house is conveniently located near a shopping center, restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, coffee spots, etc. Everything you needed is less than 10 mins away, however, traffic is INSANE - especially when we arrived at the resort gate to check in!On the downside, it lacked a few basic essentials such as food seasoning and oven pans, bathroom and pool towels, and bathroom hand soap (none provided in the master bedroom). Pool water was not filled up all the way, which took away about 1 foot of water in an already very shallow pool (2-5ft max pool depth). Host did not communicate well prior to check in and led me to repeat questions I had that weren’t answered in previous messages. Pool heat was charged automatically at booking prior to me requesting it as well.But, the experience of our stay was mostly positive!

Everything you need and more!

This home was excellent for our needs. We had 10 family members staying and there was enough room to accomodate us all. It never felt crowded. The game room was an added bonus and kids and adults enjoyed playing. We took advantage of the resort ammenities one day and it was fantastic, very friendly staff and guests. The only issue we had was getting through the security gate. They were working on a better way but it was a bit unnerving. super long line and also wouldn't let one of our family members in as they needed not only the driver but anyone over 18 name at the gate. However, I called the property manager who quickly added the name and that fixed the problem. The property manager was prompt and very polite and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Served its Purpose

Overall, the house served its purpose. The kitchen was the best stocked rental we have ever had - great supply of tableware, baking, and cooking supplies! And we had the beds we needed. A BIG BONUS to this property is no backyard neighbors and nightly view of Disney fireworks! Communication with host was minimal leading up to the checkin date, which for me caused lots of anxiety. Concerns during our stay were addressed promptly. There are a few cosmetic items that need repair, but they did not affect our stay. The resort amenities are nice, but it gets busy during peak time making finding seating difficult.
