We stayed here for our trip to Epic Universe and were very happy. The walk to the park was short and easy, the transportation to and from City Walk was seamless. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outside activities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and the customer service was top notch!

The room is nice, but the walls are very thin. At 1:30 in the morning, they were vacuuming for at least 20 minutes in the hallway. Most of the staff is very nice although the lady who checked us in was rather flat. I would definitely pick another hotel the next time I come to Universal.
